Disappointed once again
Disappointed once again I ordered on the 1 11 2023 and till today I haven t received my order although I called customer care twice and was told not to worry I will get my order on not longer than 5 as per the promise Worse mistake you can ever make is order things at Makro online they don t care at all about their customers

They ve stolen my money and couldn t carr less
I ve been trying to get a missing item from my last order deliver MAK The driver gets here with 2 3 of my parcels makes a lackluster attempt to follow up on the matter and delicates it to me I have spent hundreds on airtime calling in their contact center for the issue to get escalated and completely disregarded 2 days later This has been happening for 2 whole weeks I am deeply disappointed at this ridiculous loop they have me going around all due to the incompetence or the courier

Money for nothing No delivery
Guess the reviews mean nothing to Makro 5 weeks ago with phone calls and e mails to Makro No progress made still no refund for an item paid for online but they had no stock Order was accepted money taken and that was the end of that Makro can improve by answering their phone calls and dealing with the problem No use talking to people who can t help and can only escalate a matter with no result Introduce a incident register with follow up date when resolved close item in the register MAKRO CLAIMED TO HAVE REPLIED DIRECTLY TO ME VIA HELLOPETER PLATFORM THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME Money finally refunded 8th December after so much frustration and having to go public

BE CAREFUL OF MAKRO THEY ARE SCAMMING Product ordered online After 10 days I was told the product is out of stock and it would take 10 days for a refund to be processed My refund has not been processed The product is still showing as available for sale on their site They are scamming

Devious Makro
I purchased a Goldair gas hob from their online store At installation time it was found to be defective It was not installed but returned to its packaging for collection After logging a return they came back to me requiring a coc As no installation was done no coc was issued They refuse any further interaction without this document so I am stuck with a defective product

Makro has STOLEN my money Beware of placing online orders with Makro I placed an order on 7 December Makro order MAK5714483 after making payment I received a message saying that my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund I have tried calling sent numerous emails and get no response Still have not received a refund or credit Terrible experience

Absolute disaster MAK5566346
I have never received such bad service in my entire life I ordered something 6 weeks ago and even after calling to follow up every few days it has still not been delivered Numerous times we were told that the problem would be sorted out and that someone would phone us back - no one ever did I am so disgusted and will never order something from makro online again Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and use another provider

Shocking service from Head Office
We have been trying to contact various employees in senior positions within Makro head office They are unavailable never respond and generally deliver shocking service Sadly their switchboard does not even know who their CEO or Ops Director is Neither wonder the reviews on Makro are so appalling It clearly stems from the top
