Ineffective product uncooperative customer service

I also tried alpha it was useless But I signed up for 1 month trial they keep charging refuse to stop Stay away is my opinion After agreeing to cancel orders they are attempting to ship charge again -- nearlyv2 weeks after emailing they wouldn t Tried contacting their mailbox is full Smh

On January 12

On January 12 2025 I was approved the prescription of generic Cialis also known as Tadalafil This particular 3 in 1 version of Tadalafil contains Maca Root and Oxytocin as additional supplements The medication would be a one bottle one month supply of 30 pills For security purposes I was to either show a copy of my driver s license or give them the last 4 digits of my social and I chosen to give them a copy of my driver s license by which I proceeded to order a one bottle supply of Tadalafil containing Maca Root and Oxytocin for 89 The Product name MaleMD Alpha 1 Bottle Malemd received a copy of my drivers license that showed my address in perfect clarity and I checked the address section to make sure they had it correct and at first they did They said I was supposed to start taking the medicine on January 13 yet I couldn t take the medicine the next day because of course I didn t have it On January 13 I re-checked my contact section and noticed my address was wrong as it had been mysteriously changed so I contacted them about it and I corrected the address back to my actual address on the website They clarified for me that my address on file was now correct even though it was correct from the beginning On January 14th They took 89 out of my bank account The USPS link provided still showed as pending and that the product still had not been mailed out yet Several days later there was a short message on the USPS link that said they were experiencing delays due to the wildfires in California 2 1 2 weeks later I received a message that said the product was delivered to me in the early morning hours yet I had never received the product My mail always comes in the afternoon but regardless I never got the product I contacted MaleMD and received a very basic response that claimed I had the product when I specified that the product was never mailed to me or I would have it and I do not Several days later I had contacted my bank and my bank shut my debit card off then suddenly there was a new message from MaleMD that claimed the product was being re-ordered and re-mailed and that I should have it in a few days which did NOT happen Again they said I received the product when I did NOT They have the audacity telling their customers they have a full 60 days to try the product and if not completely satisfied send MaleMD a message and we would be fully-refunded but the problem is that products are never mailed at least in my experience and in other individual experiences I ve been reading about I never received the product I did NOT receive the product I paid for nor did I receive it when they later claimed to have remailed it a 2nd time that I have YET to still receive while they continued to claim that I had received it a 2nd time I never received anything except lies from this company On February 7 2025 I got a message from MaleMD that falsely claimed how I m the who had chosen to terminate my own membership with their so-called company yet they are the ones who robbed me thus terminating my trust as a customer when they chose to take my money and failed to send me anything in return for my payment They know they robbed me They are the ones who violated and terminated my good trust with them MaleMD knows it I know it USPS knows it my parents know it and the fraud investigators at my bank know it too I am 100 convinced MaleMD never had ANY plans on fulfilling ANY promise made to me That s obvious since I never got one thing from these people aside from unfulfilled promises lies and gaslighting They never corrected the problem because they never had intentions on correcting their problem They never had intentions on fulfilling their word that s obvious hence the Report I m having to write that demands transparency and accountability Dennis 02 07 25

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT DONT WORK

When calling to find out about a closed account they said I had two accounts When I ask for her supervisor Nicole said you are speaking with the supervisor When I ask for her supervisor She refused to give me her supervisor several times After requesting her supervisor several more times she said that they will call me back in 24 hours Also very important Their pills do not work There are several other options that work

This is fraud

This is fraud I agreed to purchase 1 product at 145 they charged me 550 without my consent and enrolled me into a monthly subscription My order still says processing as I wrote this but I ve been charged I wrote them 6 times about the fraud and they ignore you Clearly this is a complete scam Will have to dispute the charges and change card now due to this fraud Stay away it s not a real company

I ordered one NAD injection vial and I had severe allergic reaction so I tried to cancel my treatment plan I sent in messages and they never respond It s weeks away from my next treatment and they ve printed my shipping label with my credit card charge already pending I m gonna contact my credit card company and have them cancel the transaction that s not supposed to happen till next week WOW YOUR REPLY IS DISGUSTING AND FILLED WTH LIES NOW 1 Information I provided did not match your records what information did I provide here my name my credit card do yo u think people are stupid 2 I reached out to the wrong customer service I used the contact chat menu on YOUR WEBSITE the doctor there was the only person that ever replied to me never your customer service and you respond the same date YOUR LIES ARE REALLY DISGUSTING AT THIS POINT I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE THE POLICE INVOLVED I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE OF YOUR COMPANY

Terrible company

Terrible company ineffective product Cancelling is almost impossible no phone numbers listed on website that I could find emailed them with no response Company needs to be investigated and looked into You have to cancel your credit card or they will keep sending you their worthless product

4 bottles later

Ordered 1 bottle of Alpha to try It took a long time about 4 weeks but it did arrive It did help a little but not as they say Decided to try for 3 more months ordered July It is now the end of August Support keeps saying it will be or IS shipped No tracking is given and customer service is ZERO Contacted several class-action law firms as I am connected and we may file complaint Ditto FTC FDA and various government consumer bureaus the company should be punished and held responsible to protect other consumers
