I was meant to have an online consultation today at 7 40pm They rang my number at 2 34pm which I didn t see she also didn t leave a voicemail then sent a text message at 2 35pm asking me to ring back They then sent another message at 3 17pm telling me that since I didn t respond to her calls and texts the ones they sent 45 minutes earlier they have cancelled my consultation and requested I ring back to reschedule Fortunately I noticed the last text a few minutes ago I m disappointed though since it took a while to get a consultation booked in to begin with If this is how Manchester Private Hospital tend to run their practice I m grateful that the consultation was cancelled I don t intend on rescheduling Edit I ve just seen the response saying I didn t confirm on the 6th - I do remember opening the email to confirm so perhaps something went wrong when I clicked the clicked But that s why I didn t click the link sent via text on the 6th because I thought I d already confirmed via email But on the day of the 11th I got one call a 14 34 then one text at 14 35 then a cancellation text at 15 17 No other calls that I can see - which is why I was confused Edit I ve amended my review from 1 to 3 stars as I realise this is was probably an unfair rating for a miscommunication

I m putting 3 stars because the overall experience at 1st wasn t the best my consultation the surgeon was really rude and quite patronising I almost didn t go ahead with the Surgery but the day of the surgery everyone was lovely and the aftercare people were really lovely and made sure I was comfortable

Treated like cattle One goes in and the other goes out No personal touch or individual patient care Right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing Would never use again Through no fault of my own had to get revision procedure as surgeon missed it out and didn t address it the first time Upon leaving I was asked to pay 70 for compression garment which I felt was totally unjust especially since I ve paid over 4000 for the procedure As I didn t bring anything with me the nurse asked my driver to pay and I felt I was not allowed to leave until I payed for the garment How ridiculous

Had a procedure here earlier this year and whilst I got the surgery I paid for the professionalism and customer service let it down considerably The left hand doesn t know what the right hand is doing Didn t receive a pre-op call until I chased the nurse conducting it had no idea I wasn t having a GA so was giving incorrect info about fasting etc The nurses on surgery day behaved as though patients were an inconvenience asking for a water or to use the toilet My surgeon didn t know what procedure I was there to discuss during pre and post surgery consultations as the files are only brought in at the same time as you I had to ask for the tissue on the exam bed to be changed on one occasion after it had clearly been used by the previous patient Finally I was discharged with a half-used tube of ointment Issues that MIGHT be understandable on the NHS but not when you re paying for the privilege I do want to give a positive shout-out to Wisdom and Carla though both of whom were the epitome of professionalism It s just a shame this isn t replicated across the rest of the customer journey Unfortunately overall I would not recommend MPH when there are other hospitals who provide a superior customer experience for the same price

Everything was brilliant except I paid extra for an anaesthetist but woke up in agony 30 minutes before the operation ended Staff lovely n friendly

Everyone was so lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the process Very tentative before and after my procedure felt in very good hands Results are exactly what I wanted I recommend to all friends and family

I had a breast reduction with Dr Lopa in December I found her to be really professional and she made the process smooth I can t complement her enough and the results are fantastic I m a few months post-op now and totally back to normal My scarring is minimal too I also found Barbara Dr Lopa s client liaison really helpful and warm which put me at ease If you re considering a breast reduction I highly recommend Lopa and her surgical team The surgical team were excellent and it was a positive experience However I think management should look at the running of the clinic I did have some issues with the running and scheduling of appointments as most of my nurse appointments were delayed by upto an hour I also wasn t informed properly about my pre-op and wasn t sent paperwork to fill out While these weren t huge issues it did make me anxious and it didn t reassure me I raised this on the phone with clinic staff and it wasn t followed up I raised it again at my post op with Dr Lopa and Barbara who were really receptive and told me they d escalated this issue

A professional team all of whom care for the patients I was dealing with Mr Purbey and Carla the other week and it was totally with ease and joy Expertise next to experience makes this Man Private Hospital a great place to refer

I have been Considering vaser liposuction for some time and I had thought about following the trend and going abroad for the procedure in order to save a few pennies however after seeing the amazing results at the hands of Dr Kam I decided to stay in the uk The results are phenomenal and I m so pleased I went ahead with the procedure Everything went smoothly on the day and I have healed with no issues It s been 4 weeks now since my procedure and each day I smile when I look in the mirror I cannot wait to see the final results as I m still swollen The only negative I have is that I do think the cost of the procedure should include 2 compression garments rather than 1 as they are not cheap But other than this small criticism I m thrilled thank you Manchester private hospital

The service was brilliant Dr Shah was absolutely great and made me feel comfortable the entire time He did a really great job and I m so happy with the results The medical team were so good to me funny nice and made me feel so comfortable and really took care of me the entire time I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone looking for any cosmetic surgery
