After care zero

After care zero do not use as once they have your money you will not receive any aftercare what so ever after the fact and they did a terrible job on surgery for my partner AVOID Now she is left with problems after spending 20 000 and is now a candidate for a thigh lift at the age of 36 thanks to these scam artist s

Ongoing complaint - no response avoid

The hospital wouldn t publish this review with trust pilot unless I removed all the names of the surgeons hence the below not making much sense They are more than happy to allow reviews when they are singing the hospitals praises and they allow people to put names then This seems to be the only way to get a response from the hospital through reviews I had rhinoplasty with a surgeon here on 8th May 2021 when I had the removal of the cast upon the first inspection everything seemed fine apart from a dint in my nose I was reassured this was due to the swelling and to go back again at a later date for the surgeon to re-exam my nose once the swelling had gone down a little more I returned back to the hospital for another assessment of my nose as requested as the dints had now turned into lumps and bumps on my nose The surgeon agreed that I would need secondary surgery but for this to happen I would need to await the swelling to go down completely and to go back to the hospital to meet with the surgeon in May 2022 1 year after surgery I booked to see the surgeon around this time to discuss the secondary surgery but had the appointment cancelled on 2 occasions by the hospital to then be told that the surgeon has in fact retired and will no longer be with the hospital and that another surgeon unable to share the name would speak to me about the secondary surgery I was reassured that the surgeon had fully handed his patients over to the new surgeon and that I would be taken care of However again 2 appointments with the new surgeon was cancelled due to covid and sickness I m now unable to get any response at all from the hospital and customer services and the customer relations administrator I have emailed on numerous occasions to rearrange the appointment and called with absolutely no response I can t see any details about the new suggested surgeon on the website so I m not sure if he works at the hospital anymore I have been completely abandoned with this now to not even have a response on my complaint is extremely bad customer service customer after care I will be looking into the Care Quality Commission body who seems to approve this hospital to see if they can advise how I can take this further I m disgusted with the way the hospital has treated me I have wanted to have rhinoplasty for all of my adult life and paid a lot of money for this to be really unhappy with the finished results and now out of pocket and unable to do anything else about it I did a lot of research into different surgeons and I seemed to really click with and like the surgeon who did my procedure I wouldn t recommend this hospital to anyone I cared about the customer service and after care is atrocious I ve been totally abandoned All they seemed to care about from the beginning is taking money Please ignore the date of the experience it was in fact May 2021 but it won t allow me to select that date

emails and letter ignored

Unfortunately my 3 emails and letter regarding my complaint have been ignored and not even acknowledged- what does that tell you about this place UpdateSo you have that many complaints you can t find mine Last letter sent 2 weeks ago I m sure you can find it and I didn t even know I had a co-ordinator I have no idea who it is I will not be phoning as I need your reply in writing

Unprofessional rude and waste of my time

I have been in communications with Manchester private hospital for about 3 months I live outside of the UK most of the year and was returning to the UK this summer I have been wanting a breast augmentation for a very long time and this felt like the right time to do it I have very tight timescales for consultations and surgery while here in the UK before flying again and they have been forthcoming with helping accomodate that but thats all they have been helpful with I had an initial zoom call which was fine and i did have my face to face consultation last Monday In the consultation i felt rushed not given many options and not explained too in detail what my outcome would likely be I was told i would have high profile but never explained to why and how that would look in comparison to other options I said i would like to be a D and that was it that was the only input i felt i had I was not shown any photos of how my results may look In hindsight i should have asked more questions and shown photos to the surgeon but honestly i felt rushed in and out of the door After the consultation i emailed back asking if i could have another consultation before my surgery date which was 2 x weeks after that initial consultation as i had more questions felt i wanted to try and be offered more sizes and i wanted to see the surgeons photos of some of his breast augmentations he has done before to show me how mine may look and for me to show him what i wanted within reason of what is achievable We rebooked the meeting for this coming Sunday and now the surgery has been cancelled I was told that the surgeon feels he has discussed things in enough depth and doesnt feel he could meet my expectation at this time What does that even mean When i have asked why the surgeon will no longer do it Why he wont show me photos and give me an idea of what the outcome is i can expect there has been no response I feel that this is very strange Not to want to show your work show your patient what an expected outcome could be I have been made to feel like asking questions is a nuisance wanting to know how my results will be and what i could roughly expect is unreasonable and now im being ignored I have planned a lot around this ive now lost money and wasted my time and left feeling messed around and very disappointed Dont waste your time or your money here find somewhere thats going to be more professional and find a surgeon who is willing to give you the time of day show his work and explain and show you what you can expect as your paying good money RESPONSE TO BELOW RESPONSE - I did not have a 45 minute face to face consultation with my surgeon It was less than 30 minutes -Thank you for understanding that not being able to see visuals or not being asked for what is it your trying to achieve is a fair point and not good enough for the good service you supposedly provide I knew going into it that there was no 3D visual aids But what would be good is if the surgeon shows you some of his work This is surgery not something you go into without knowing roughly how the outcome will be -After this app yes i did arrange to make another app I explained i felt rushed and that i wanted to go into more detail Again i dont want to be rushed and told what i should do I asked if there was anyway for another zoom meeting as i live 4 5 hours away I did also say if it was possible to get a refund I was not stating i wanted one but if it would be possible It was not the next day that i advised i didnt want her to send off for a refund or cancel surgery it was the same day I asked her to hold off so i can get back to her after thinking about everything over night I felt i had a lot to think about and honestly just left the appointment feeling disappointed with the service Hence why i was questioning this all I stated the next day i wanted to keep the appointment to talk with the surgeon again to make sure i knew exactly what i was getting -It was not yesterday i advised her that i would attend the meeting it was Tuesday Your dates your stating are all wrong I was even having email communication with her yesterday about the consultation She asked me last minute to get my medical records from my GP yesterday morning After her emailling me this requesting this 10 minutes later she emails saying my surgery is cancelled I was lead to believe just yesterday i was still having surgery as she asked me for more info to send to her 10 minutes later its cancelled -My questions are ignored to why he wasnt willing to go through photos with me I was not requesting celebrity look a like boobs i was requesting to see his work and for him to show me what visually i could personally achieve Which is obvious from the lack of reply he does not want to show me his work I have called and emailed and only response has been on Trustpilot i wonder why

Too stressful to deal with and still trying to get my money back

The hospital keeps censoring their feedback which is ironic since this platform is meant to empower the people and let them speak their own honest experiences So re-submitting the review which is based on honest facts Patient service coordination is an absolute mess and practically non-existent doesn t reply to emails and does not pass crucial information internally nor to you as a patient They take payments for expensive surgeries without having checked that they re happy with your medical records first and when asked half the personnel doesn t think you provided them at all while own coordinator says it s all fine but later you find out what you sent them hasn t been checked nor passed on to relevant persons They then end up cancelling the procedure at your expense and blaming that you didn t supply some information that they didn t even tell you they needed And end up withholding thousands of pounds off of your initial payment blaming it s your fault they cancelled on you when in actual fact it s their lack of due diligence and coordination Having to go through Small Claims Court to get the money back plus the whole experience has been an absolute nightmare dealing with patronising stigmatising patriarchal staff who while putting you out pocket and taking your money for having done nothing but cause you weeks of stress also manage to continuously blame and humiliate you stigmatising any history of mental health and weaponising it against you as ways of making money off of you Would not wish for anyone else to go through this absolute hell of an experience ever and truly wish I ve never contacted this company in the first place as just ended up feeling bullied humiliated and treated with absolutely no respect Wasted so much time and still not got my money back so still ongoing added stress every day

A Nightmare Experience Avoid This Clinic at All CostsI was searching online for a clinic to undergo otoplasty surgery I decided to go with Krishna Reddy based on his assurances that the procedure would be straightforward resulting in minor scarring that would be practically invisible behind my ear Trusting his expertise I proceeded with the operation However there were immediate red flags there was no follow-up regarding post-operative care or instructions Several weeks after the surgery I returned to have the bandages removed and assess the results To my dismay the outcome was far from satisfactory it seemed as if nothing had been done at all The nurse who removed the bandages assured me that the swelling would subside and the ears would look better with time Unfortunately this was not the case Despite assurances from Reddy that they would rectify the situation with another operation the subsequent surgery only made matters worse After enduring weeks of discomfort and noticing abnormal lumps forming behind my ear I reached out to the clinic for assistance Shockingly they insisted that I would have to pay for another operation This callous disregard for my well-being left me feeling betrayed as it became evident that their primary concern was financial gain rather than addressing the issues resulting from their procedures Following numerous attempts to seek resolution I was met with unprofessionalism and even had my calls blocked Eventually they relented and arranged for me to see another doctor who unfortunately informed me that little could be done beyond steroid injections Regrettably these injections proved ineffective Despite seeking help from the NHS I was informed that the treatment I required was considered cosmetic and thus not covered Despite promises from the clinic to assist in obtaining treatment they failed to follow through Now in 2024 I am still grappling with the consequences of the botched surgeries What was meant to resolve one of my insecurities has only exacerbated it leaving me feeling more self-conscious than ever The keloid scars are so prominent that I feel compelled to conceal them with a hoodie whenever I go out Frustrated and betrayed I am now pursuing legal action against the clinic It s disheartening to think that others may fall victim to the same unscrupulous practices I implore anyone considering this clinic to reconsider and seek care elsewhere

Appalling and rude service

Appalling service I enquired about a surgery here having researched it with various places for months I explained that the l was struggling to find somewhere who offered a certain technique used in surgery that I was interested in I was told that they offered in and to come in for a consultation by the patient coordinator who s name I can no longer disclose on trustpilot hence the edited review On this news I cancelled with another surgeon that I put a deposit down for It took me over an hour to get there which is expensive when taking an Uber as they are not near public transport Then they were super late and I was waiting another 50 minutes before I was even seen The consultation started well then the surgeon explained the technique she will use and I said that isn t what we discussed on the phone as I came to her based on her promised from the initial phone consultation She explained that actually she didn t offer what she said she did But if I come back I can see another surgeon who might be able to do it I asked for feedback on why and for some weird reason they just won t tell you I tried explaining that I wanted to go ahead with them but I just need clarification on why I m seeing someone else and they kept avoiding the question They refused to answer and kept saying this other surgeon might do it I said I spent over 100 in Ubers to get to them so can be do it virtually the coordinator said yes and when I dug a little deeper I found out that it was just an initial phone call NOT a consultation which confused me considering they already had a full profile of everything from my medical history to full details on what I wanted Then very weirdly and rudely the patient coordinator B responded with I think we should cancel until you perhaps do more research Something really dodgy here I can t understand why they refused to discuss the procedure and risks with me Furthermore I should probably be grateful to not go with a place where the cosmetic surgeon and patient coordinator were joking around about how hammered they got before a surgery the following day Unprofessional terrible service and dangerous behaviour Avoid Also please do note the lack of response to this review- I think that should tell you what you need to know

Worst Place Ever Please Avoid

Went for revision lipo Wasn t able to stomach any pills as I was anxious - remembering that i woke up during the first op i specified to Dr Kam Singh I want to be asleep fully knocked out throughout the whole op due to last operation outcomes A Nurse put a cannula in me and gave me anti-sick fluids still threw up pain relief tablets I asked several times for pain relief to be injected nurse said he Dr Kam Singh will give it to me As I got to the surgery room he says get on the bed I said weres the pain relief he said there s no one here to give you that its a Saturday don t worry it s a quick op will give you local anesthetic I was screaming for a whole hour begging and pleading for it to stop when ever I felt like passing out a lady would slap my back waking me up I was given 2 hard gel pads to squeeze on Dr Kam Singh used approximately 6 bags of local anesthetics during this operation Pierce my skin squeeze the local anesthetic under my skin seconds after go back underneath my skin again to remove fat how was this meant to be painless Yes this was a woke surgery surgery without pain relief surgery whilst awake and conscious something I didn t know that was legal to even happen Felt like I was in a backroom at a warehouse get this shady operation done After the op I took a shower you can imagine that my body was under immense shock bleeding and in a lot of pain the worst I ve ever experienced in my entire life 100x worse than Labour After the shower I left immediately booked uber to the hotel - but in my mind I didn t feel safe in Manchester so I left shortly after - I live in London so I arrived in Manchester in at 6am and was back home by 11pm I had internal bleeding highly sensitivity to the skin was not able to take shower for over a month water would feel like acid on my skin Couldn t get LDM and was given tramodol from my gp for the immense pain relief When i was able to get LDM i was harder than a frozen water bottle I was off work for over 9 weeks and I am currently in physio for my back as I still have a lot of pain I have nightmares and wake up in sweats and screaming throughout the night I never spoke with anyone from the Manchester private hospital after this operation and was solely in the care of my GP thanks to them they made this recovery possible The look on my fianc face daily spoke a thousand words it was enough to know i ll never recommend anyone to attend to get surgery here

Regretting I chose Manchester private hospital

Amazing communication until you have paid The messages were answered so quickly before I paid and after is it was minimal and no contact unless you contacted them Was ill so they had to swap dates and surgeon Went down to surgery around 1 30pm woke up around 6pm being sick I was really out of it I was monitored given some food and drink and let home at 8 30pm I certainly don t think I should have been let out so soon after the operation especially with how I was The next day I had to contact to ask could I could in for a check before I went home as there was a lot of blood I travelled 4 hours to get there so was a long way They changed dressings and off I went I had to go up for a few checks I had serious nerve pain which I still have 7 weeks on They wouldn t give me anything for it as it would have made me sleepy even though I said I wasn t sleeping I have had an infection which I messages my coordinator about and still no reply There contact has been so minimal it s unreal I had breast surgery before and the post op care was outstanding so to say I was devastated to have gone with Manchester private clinic is a understatement If you want in and out surgery and to feel like they don t care then this is the place for you I know this isn t normal as like I said I ve had surgery before Post op care should be so important and it seems to them that s the last thing on there agenda
