Made appointment with this company on arrival we where quickly told they where running late Were not told how long but after sitting 20 minutes I ask the couple sitting next to us and there appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes late I was into minds on whether to walk out there and then but decided to wait The couple in front of us came out after being in 5 minutes they where told she would have to stop smoking 4 weeks before surgery and 4 after which meant the poor lady could not get the surgery date she was told They had traveled all the way from north wales why they had not been told this on the phone Anyway I went in was asked a lot of questions quickly tried on set of implants on with a sports bra which I must admit looked good but then was told mines-would be a lot smaller was not giving the opportunity to try any other on There was another lady in with the surgeon who made me feel very uncomfortable not sure what her purpose of being there was apart from to sit and stare at us I did not leave feeling confident in having my procedure here and would definitely rather pay a few extra thousand and go else where Also you cannot find any reviews anywhere for the surgeon I spoke with A real worry

experience on the day was very quick and professional this is my second operation with Mr Singh both times I haven t received what I wished for however him himself is a lovely man and couldnt fault him professionally Debbie is one of a kind she s professional friendly warm bubbly she s literally the best nurse I ve ever met unfortunately after my 7 day post op check she left she kept in contact with me though My 1 star review is because not once have I been contacted by anyone not one nurse contacted me I ve not had another wound check from the hospital I personally wouldn t pay to go and have a treatment at the hospital only if Debbie was still there she s been my rock in the last 6 weeks Debbie you deserve 5 stars

nice stuff high hygiene professional doctor dr Kian I am happy with the result I got as I was thinking and waiting for it for years One of the nurses who prepared me to the surgery was rude and unprofessional They were in a hurry to send me home after the surgery I understand that they need to go home but I had a dizzy and needed to relax a bit more Something to add after your reply and your offer for 25 Amazon voucher for my review I know that it is one-day procedure but that doesn t mean nurses should keep asking if some one will collect me soon or sending my home while I was vomiting as a side effect of the Anastasia One-day precedure doesn t mean sending people home as long as they are alive or conscious Good luck for who are interested in having such surgery there are numerous places to do so in Manchester

I have had my 1st liposuction done at the beginning of the year very please with the result I decided to get the inner thigh and knees done unfortunately i had to wait another hour before my surgery when it was 3pm and it ended up 4pm the op went well but afterward I was rush out by 7ishpm didnt even tell me that the keyhole surgery weren t stitch up just left open for the fluid to run out when I got home my trainers and car floor was full of fluid blood this went on for 24 hours I ask for a doctor note for work 6 weeks later I am still waiting just been up the wall from day one and frankly 6 weeks later my legs dont look any different and got strange hard lumps on my right inner thigh disappointed as it s a lot of money

Very quick to take your money Operation was fine but still waiting for 6 week review after 12 weeks Lack of communication is shocking every zoom meeting arranged I was waiting between 20 mins to 50mins Very poor aftercare and customer service

I had vaser liposuction on 30 10 22 I previously always found Carla kerry Mr Singh to be very helpful friendly professional My complaint was not with the surgeon Mr Singh or Kerry but with the way I was rushed out of surgery after 2 hrs in total I had local anaesthetic more in surgery as I woke up made it clear that I was in a lot of pain whilst they were working I was handed over to my partner in reception whilst My legs were very wobbly without my underwear on blood dripping down my pajamas which scared my partner in reception No nurse assisted us to the car The management team originally said that I would need collecting at 12 30 I had a phone call from Manchester Clinic on Monday eve but none after that until I finally made a complaint Thursday morning in tears Kerry Mr Singh video called me today to explain that the reason I was rushed out of surgery as there was no recovery room needed for local anaesthetic that they did not want there clients patients to catch any infections on the ward whilst at the clinic The nurse gave me my pre medication then 10 to 15mins later i was asked to stretch my garment out so it s ready for you after surgery I said I can t try that on now I m all sleepy i really struggled the nurse had to do it for me I said you should have asked me before you gave me my pre medication I am certain that the standards at Manchester Clinic have dropped that patients highest priority is not what it seems They had plenty of opportunity to keep me in longer before contacting my partner to come and collect me much earlier than planned we are both on the mind set that I was discharged much too early The leaflet they hand you is Generic not particularly for legs just a one for all leaflet I have been informed Machester Clinic will be phoning me tomorrow to discuss my complaint I am now recovering at home following the after care plan 03 11 22 I did not want to post this but do not want any other person to be treated like this especially when paying a large sum - this has been posted on behalf of Annette
