I was hesitant about this institution because I had not heard much about it However it turns out that it has been in the financial field for more than 28 years and has recently changed its name In general their offers at least for business are the best I have received the service is smooth and fast Compared to the biggest banks it feels like Mano Bankas is much more interested in attracting retaining and serving its customers well

I am very satisfied with my internship at Mano Bank I had the opportunity to work in both the marketing and customer service departments which allowed me to gain diverse skills and valuable experience In the marketing department I worked on various tasks including market analysis creating and implementing social media campaigns and planning marketing strategies These experiences helped me better understand the world of marketing and learn to use various tools and methods This work helped me develop my communication skills and gave me the opportunity to see how important it is to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs What I liked most was the friendly and supportive team always ready to help and share their knowledge I also appreciated the opportunity to work in different areas which allowed me to better understand the bank s operational processes I am grateful to Mano Bank for the opportunity and believe that this experience will be valuable in my future career
