I bought a product through Zooplus from this Company called Rocco Chings They were chicken wrapped around dried carrots I only have 2 small chihuahuas and they ate them quite happily Unfortunately a couple of days later one of them was being sick continually bringing up large pieces of the rehydrated carrot The treats seem to be unsuitable for very small dogs but it does not mention this on the packet Despite many attempts by myself and Zooplus to get a response from them no response has been given Obviously they don t care

I sent an email to matina in Germany asking about specific ingredients in one of their feline cat foods and they didn t even bother to reply back Every company I have contacted in the past has replied back accept this one Terrible customer service and people should be weary about any purchases from them

Barkoo Kaurollen
We bought Barkoo Kaurollen from Zooplus as delivered by Matina GmbH We have 5 Pyrenean mountain dogs and a cocker spaniel There were 4 GPs who refused these chew sticks right away A GP and the cocker wanted to eat them but not very much In the meantime it turns out that these two dogs regularly vomit after eating such a chew stick So don t start with this junk Even that one star is still too much Well dec 2024 the product is retracted from the market due to ilness and mortal issues of dogs
