My family and I are so impressed with Maui Activities The staff was knowledgeable personable and incredibly helpful Wil was able to get us into the most amazing luau I have ever been to in Hawaii My two young sons had so much fun This company is the best So easy to work with and will find the perfect activity for your family I highly recommend and will be calling again when we come back to Maui We would give 10 stars if we could

One of the best Maui snorkel tours you can take

I ve done a lot of snorkel tours on maui over the years and by far the best ones are via a pontoon raft and venture to Lanai I like the relaxed low key vibe of this tour because it s a smaller boat which allows less people and a more personalized experience Our guides Emma and Casey were absolutely wonderful and took excellent care of all the guests They were knowledgeable about the sea life we saw dolphins turtles fish coral and most importantly took safety very seriously Even though most may consider this a more adventurous and rugged tour I still felt that we were well taken care of with delicious snacks including banana bread and reef safe sunscreen provided on board Emma also took the time to learn every passenger s name which I found added to the overall intimate experience of the trip When we spotted dolphins she made she we were able to see them for a solid 10 minutes and really encouraged passengers to get a good view and enjoy the wildlife Turtle town was also an absolute joy I counted over 14 turtles and other guests saw white tipped reef sharks and an eagle ray This trip was an absolute joy If you only have room for one snorkel excursion on your vacation Let this be the one you choose You will not regret it

This was a great experience as the crew was great We were able to rearrange our booking no problem as part of our group was unable to make it to Maui

Loved learning about the culture

Loved learning about the culture the band singers and dancers were all incredibly talented and they really made it feel like a personal experience I would 100 recommend this luau to anyone visiting

The luau was absolutely amazing The food was fabulous the staff were so friendly and the whole experience was incredible Very highly recommended I can t say enough good things about this experience

Delightful despite bad weather

Sadly it was a bad weather day so no sunset for our sunset cruise but the staff were very accommodating the captain was fun the food was very tasty the usual music was excellent and the drinks were strong It was still a lovely time and experience despite the rain and rough waters

My wife and I booked the Grand Wailea

My wife and I booked the Grand Wailea Luau premium seating months before we arrived on March 16 2020 Just shortly after our arrival all of our plans were canceled due to Covid-19 Despite receiving an email from this company that our refund was being processed it has not been received 5 5 20 All emails phone calls and written letters with proof of payment go unanswered So far I m out 300 30 Just after writing this post I received a personal phone call and an email receipt from the owner of the company showing I was reimbursed for this luau I changed the star rating from 1 to 5 I kept his info as we will be returning to Maui in Feb 2021 and I will definitely use his company for our future activities
