I am really impressed with Maxer The hosting service is competitive and easy to understand I was able to pick the resources I need without losing out on other services and tools The migration service is outstanding and I have found the support team to be super responsive clear and so helpful I switched from my previous hosting service after many years and it wasn t an easy choice I am immediately reassured that I have done the right thing

I have been with them for many years also formerly Spiral Hosting on a few websites and I m glad to say that their services have not changed at all since their rebranding a couple of years ago Their support has always been responsive and they have the technical knowledge to help me with anything I encounter and answer any technical questions I have for them Highly recommended

Opened a support ticket and once again the customer support team jumped straight on it and solved the issue and reported back what had caused the issue with the widget I had added to a site I cannot rate them higher the best tech customer service team I have ever used It s a pressure off having them behind me and on hand when needed You need to have them on your side
