bus driver rude
The guy driving bus constantly shook his head at everyone on the bus and putting in our bags and taking them out we were an inconvenience to him and drove dangerously The guy who took my keys off me never spoke just glared at me and when I got out of the car put his hand out and said keys Upon return the shaking head driver drove past at high speed still shaking his head but the gentleman on the desk was polite Serious training needed done on other staff

Left my car for a few days last year My car was moved around the carpark about 10 times and not slow at times While being moved the driver bumped into another car they didn t tell me very disappointed been using them for years I have everything on dash cam Rang manager and then sent emails and footage The end

Just picked up my car after arriving on
Just picked up my car after arriving on the 7 00 pm flight from Tenerife on New Years eve to be handed my key with minimal customer communication the exact words being bay 30 Then to find the car obviously parked in a hurry with the front spoiler embedded in the mud and gravel to the front of the parking space Would I use again The star is for the guy on the bus who was very helpful with cases

Why would they remove my dashcam cable
Why would they remove my dashcam cable Surely to counter claim any alleged damage etc then your in car security would help settle any issues Just returned from my 3 day trip with work to discover my dashcam cable was removed Went back on the footage and you can clearly see the guy get into the car then the view changes to the sky and suddenly the dashcam stops recording I ve seen it in their T s C s only now that I ve looked They say they do this for the security of their car park Makes no sense to me and seems very sus I ve booked again for Aug at the sumely cost of almost 90 Needless to say o am about to cancel and book next door couldn t care less if it costs twice as much at this stage I saved the footage to my phone It s a shame I cannot upload to here

AVOID
My car was damaged for the second time by mccauslands I won t be using them again They damaged 2 of my alloys and because I didn t raise the awareness of this at 2 30am in the DARK while stood with my 3 young children then its not their problem I think not I had a some kirbing on one small section on ONE of my alloys which is clearly shown on their cctv on entry but yet cars returned with 2 alloys completely scuffed to bits Take responsibility for yourselves absolute shambles of a company

Front end desk staff with a serious attitude
Not a good experience after reading the reviews ditto for us looks like the guy on the front desk has an issue with people and for him to front your business I suggest you won t have one soon with this attitude We will Never use McCausland again

Tried booking online and when it came to pay there was a problem which it did state in the website and advised to ring if this happened Call was answered by a rude arrogant male who didn t even suggest taking payment over the phone considering it s obviously a problem on their side when it comes to payment I didn t seem that this should be too difficult Will never use their facility again have read quite a lot of similar reviews on several sites If there was a zero star rating that s what I d give
