The swimsuit arrived not a good fit Decided to send it back I asked for the return label The email arrived but nothing attached to it 6 emails arrived with nothing attached I kept asking and eventually I was asked if I would accept a 15 discount and keep the costume I said no I wanted a full refund I was then asked if I would take 25 again I said no I then said I would accept 30 it cost 34 inc P P as I would have had to pay the postage back She said that is ok The money is back in my account after about 3 days Not too bad but a lot of effort and I m sure a lot of people would give up at that point I nearly did Strange system as you get to keep the swimsuit as well as your money back I don t think I would go there again

Swimwear was very well made I spent 230 on 9 costumes However they were too tight and low for me I emailed them they initially offered me 65 and keep the items When I refused they have now offered me 150 and keep the swimsuits I have just emailed and said I want a full refund or 200 and the swimsuits let s see what happens

First up I cannot fault the product in any way The swimsuit I received is lovely great quality fabric pretty pattern and flattering for the fuller figure Even at 40 I m happy with the item My issues have been with everything else Meet Curve sent me two identical swimsuits in two separate orders therefore charging me twice for the same thing Trying to get hold of anyone from MeetCurve has been impossible They are most definitely not based in the UK Level of English is poor and I am not even sure that communication has been done by a human More likely a bot exchanges by email only have been utterly out of sync with my requests and so insincere it s not even funny It seems that there is no way to return the items I received probably automated information on HOW to return items original packaging unworn labels intact but not WHERE to return items to So now I m stuck with two identical costumes and I will never ever use this company again

Untrustworthy and fraudulent company I like many others order from Meet Curve before researching I ordered 5 swimming costumes with premier deliver costing 170 When I recieved the parcel late the items did not match how they were described regarding colour and support In fact there was no support i immediately went to request a refund only to find that I had to email to company and this is when I read all the reviews online The company did the same to me as everyone else offered me 20 to keep all items I pushed and said that I would accept the compensation and keep the items if it was upped to 100 Surprisingly they accepted this and refunded me within 3 days However I then stated I still wanted to return the other items to receive the remainder of my money - this is still a challenge and a month later I have still not been able to do so The only reason for my 2 stars is the fact I got 100 compensation rather than the original 20 offered

I ordered a swimsuit off this site and the top was too small I emailed requesting a return and was offered the option of keeping the items and instead getting a store credit to buy something else With my second purchase I ordered two new swimsuits One fit fine but the other was too small When I emailed again to exchange the small swimsuit I was told that gift card orders cannot be returned or exchanged I m not even asking for a return I don t understand why they can t work with me I just want the next size up Now I m left with two swimsuits that don t fit The only reason I m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because I did find one swimsuit that fit great This company is ridiculous and I would advise others to stay away

Do not buy from this company Quality is shocking wires sticking out of top Return is impossible and only wish I had seen the reviews before ordering several costumes Do not buy from this company

I ordered 10 costumes to try They were good quality but Found them quite revealing at the top I have big boobs Emailed to ask for return details they offered me a credit note I said no so they offered me 60 to keep the costumes I spent 380 We battled for weeks in the end I got 200 back and kept costumes Which I m now selling on vinted Wish I d read reviews first

Can t say much about the actual clothing since they still haven t arrived Did not know until I ordered that this company ships from China NOT Australia They use the au and meet curve Australia to deceive you and it s very frustrating I ordered 2 and a half weeks keep in mind they say 7-14 days before my holiday and it s now the day of and they aren t even in my state yet according to tracking So now I ll have to buy another suit while on my holiday So disappointing because the pieces look beautiful

Shipping 6 99 my bikini took around 2 weeks to arrive I requested return have 15 day return window on 6th June - no response until 9th June - vague instructions and no return address stating it would be myself to pay postage as they shipped the product Offered partial refund if I decided not to return- haven t heard what that would be I would avoid this company in future

It did arrive quickly and was perfect sizing However not the shape swimwear showed on the pictures and was quite low cut I m not entirely unhappy but I wouldn t order again Definitely not worth 40 at all when looking at the material or how it s been cut Very misleading with advertising claiming to be a UK company This is a company based in the USA and I think they source from other countries I won t be ordering again and won t be recommending It is not worth the hassle trying to send back
