Absolutely a disgraceful company Fraudulent Offering 65 aud for the cost of a refund for 300 aud purchase Items do not fit size guide is way off and quality is poor The response from this company is a joke They do not honour their own return processes DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

AVOID AVOID AVOID Would give zero stars if I could Overseas-based company masquerading as UK-based Returns are in the US and cost a fortune - that s if you can actually get Meetcurve to provide you a return shipping address took 3 emails where I was persistently offered a refund Customer service is incomprehensible - I m 12 emails deep going around in circles about a return tracking number and losing the will

Impossible to return items

Same as others Seduced by advertising Reality not living up to promise Two different styles of swimsuit neither fit properly Had to have 3 email argument about getting a return address refund Only provided when I threatened with trading standards otherwise being told they would provide a credit note or give me 8 towards the 39 cost to give the suits to friends Their terms conditions clearly state full refunds will be offered Absolute scam of a company Avoid Update - the return address is in the USA and it will cost 24 to send tracked as they insist Utter rip off

So cross with myself for not checking trustpilot before spending money Not cheap either I checked after I had bought and resigned myself to that fact that I wouldn t be able to get a full refund if something didn t fit It didn t Not sure how these companies are able to operate I basically opted to keep the clothes that didn t for a small sum which hasn t come through yet Maybe it will Can t imagine they get any repeat business ever Lesson learnt always check reviews before spending money with an unknown brand

Shipping return customer service issue

After discovering they shipped my package to the wrong address it was being returned to their warehouse Through email I was told I could pay to have it re-shipped or could get a refund but have the shipping cost taken out meanwhile it was already back in their possession The customer service is absolute awful Back and forth through email so many times without answering my questions or offering any support When I asked to speak to someone else numerous times I was completely ignored They are absolutely AWFUL

I have not been able to return 2 items

I have not been able to return 2 items I bought for me mum that is too big There is NO RETURN OPTION ABSOLUTE SCAM I received an email to return the items back to the states when I am in London They should have a return option and have this covered within there company Absolute rubbish Never again will I use this website

DO NOT BUY I m a plus size girl and was so excited for this they were so cute so size inclusive and I am going on vacation in December and currently have zero bathing suits After an ALMOST 600 order I get an email saying I can t return anything and my order must be for a store Whattt they re all in one size I truly am so frustrated I thought weeks ago when I placed my order I was set and would have some good options Return what I don t like like a normal retailer NOW I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK and worst of all it was set up on after pay not my actual credit card so no one to call and dispute THIS SITE

Items not received paid 60 plus pp just getting fobbed off by customer services So annoyed I didn t read reviews on company before I was robbed by them I also see that my parcel is now heading further away from my address according to their bogus tracker

Wish I d read the reviews before buying bought 5 weeks before my holiday so it would arrive on time 3 weeks later it s not even passed the payment review stage so refund requested watch this space if I have to reclaim through credit card as a dispute or not Update - claim my payment never went through and thays why I never recieved - credit card dispute it is

Same as all the other negative comments Still in negotiations about refund of money Was given a false shipping address and they are now claiming that double handling and shipping fees need to be deducted from the refund for each item however they were shipped and handled together in the same package which I do not believe they ever intend to issue Now saying keep the items they don t want them back and are bargaining on me refund amount I have issued a formal complaint with ACCC and suggest all other buyers do the same that are from Australia And all correspondence will be provided to the complaint process
