Shipping 6 99 my bikini took around 2 weeks to arrive I requested return have 15 day return window on 6th June - no response until 9th June - vague instructions and no return address stating it would be myself to pay postage as they shipped the product Offered partial refund if I decided not to return- haven t heard what that would be I would avoid this company in future

It did arrive quickly and was perfect sizing However not the shape swimwear showed on the pictures and was quite low cut I m not entirely unhappy but I wouldn t order again Definitely not worth 40 at all when looking at the material or how it s been cut Very misleading with advertising claiming to be a UK company This is a company based in the USA and I think they source from other countries I won t be ordering again and won t be recommending It is not worth the hassle trying to send back

SCAM NOT Australian site NO FULL REFUNDS

Bought a swim skirt from there and tag was not attached to the product and the hygiene sticker was loose and scrunched up like somebody had used it They refuse for me to send it back because they were overseas i thought they were Australian made They offerd me a 10 i declined becouse its not enough then they offer a 20 i shouldve ask for 30 because it was expensive

Order 5 costumes for size All were good quality 3 fitted but were a bit short in body 2 were too small Read reviews realised no hope of returning Total Cost 162 Taking all postage costs between uk and usa into consideration decided I would be happy with 100 refund Negotiations were quick I received 105 back to my account the day after I accepted Lesson learnt double check websites for returns t c s Plus note costs My messages were answered promptly and courteously I was one of the lucky ones Will now sell costumes to recoup 57

Doesn t seem Legit

I m so not sure if this site is legit All their clothing reviews are positive but have such unusual combinations of remarks that I feel uneasy I emailed them for more information and it sounds ok but again the wording punctuation etc is not quite right Thank you so much for your support about our company Our company is located in US The suppliers of products are in Asia We have warehouses in the United States and Asia and orders will be shipped from different warehouses based on inventory I m thinking it s a Chinese company with a team of employees writing positive reviews Now after reading the reviews here I will avoid Disappointing as the clothing and swim gear looks terrific I found tons of things I wanted to purchase Sorry if you got scammed thanks for your reviews to help others like me

I have biught 2 swim suits both are really lovely and fit really well I have read the negative reviews re refunds But luckily i dont need to turn Im happy with my purchase from this company

Not a bad experience at all

Received my swimwear 14 days after purchase assumed I was purchasing from UK based company but now I know it is not a UK company despite the name That said my swimwear arrived and is just as it appeared on the site really good fit I m a comfortable 14 size so ordered 12 14 and it fits perfectly Quality is very good but I have yet to see how it performs in use The only thing I would suggest my own oversight is to check bikinis are a set I thought I was purchasing a set and ended up spending 27 00 on just the bikini top checked the site and it did say top only lesson learned I would purchase from this site again maybe the lack of positive reviews is due to the fact that people tend to only post reviews when they are spectacularly impressed or dismally disappointed with products I give 4 due to the misleading site name only

Fast delivery all fine with this order

Fast delivery Fit and ease of order - was all fine Will be keeping swimwear items I see the reviews below are all poor As I have had no reason to return anything I haven t had that experience

Good customer service

I ordered and paid for a tankini off the website and within a few days I was informed via email it was out of stock They said it should be back in stock within 7 to 10 days I agreed to wait but having heard nothing after 10 days decided to cancel the order The customer service operator Karen specifically responded quickly during each stage and within 3 working days the money was back in my account The only reason they havent 5 stars is because the item out of stock was still being shown online as being available Otherwise I am happy with the service I received which was prompt and polite
