Currently awaiting a response from customer service I shall update as soon as I recieve any correspondence should it be a positive response then il change my 1 star should it be a negative response then the 1 star stays put and I update my experienceAgain the same feedback most sites use about the you win some you lose some no the issue hear is once my losses become apparent I recieve a pop up message internal error which then causes the game to have to be restarted and cuts off your net loss so it s irrelevant thar you re already down and a connection interference from you re end causes the game to have to be restarted I ve seen this too many times before it s done purposely you can t teach and old dog new tricks then to add insult you have an option to keep the game open whilst making a deposit opening a new window with the game still open but guess what they take the deposit and boot me out the room and yet again reset my net losses what an absolute joke I could go on and on but I m running into a brick wall my point is making people aware of which casino sites to avoid I ve been playing this game 30 year now to know when a site is genuine or not and this site certainly isn t genuine UPDATEDokay so I have to admit I had an awful experience to start with technical issues feeling as if the games were rigged checking the reviews etc but hands down I feel I need to update this with a positive mindset so I made a few more deposits tonight hoping to screenshot proof after receiving am email that felt validating and genuine seems they really wanted to look into the issues so I made another few small deposits had a few more technical issues but I guess they are open to address them I shall send them over tomorrow but overall tonight was a total game changer managed to make a few withdrawls instant and had a much better experience with the games payouts so yeah it s only right I change my 1 star to a 5 as I genuinely feel the staff wanted to address my issues and well ueah I got my losses back and more so it s deserved
