Worst Service Ever - Meta Pro Team is HopelessDealing with Meta Pro Team has been a nightmare from start to finish They promise to call but never do and when they finally decide to reach out it s at an ungodly hour when no one is ready to discuss business When I do manage to get in touch with someone it s clear that the agents have no clue what they re doing They can t answer even the simplest questions without needing to escalate the issue and the so-called experts they escalate to never bother to call back It s beyond frustrating and utterly unprofessional Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs

I have never had such terrible service from a company I honestly don t even understand how none of you understand what I m trying to explain It s simple let me break it down 1 I was verified with meta on Instagram and tried to make my Facebook business page verified 2 I cancelled my subscription so I could do the dual sub for Facebook AND Instagram 3 It wouldn t let me resubscribe back to meta and put me on a waitlist It s that SIMPLE So why has it become such an issue Please just fix this mess
