My experience with Metro has been fantastic seem-less from day one Uploading documents onto the portal is incredibly easy and efficient Daniel has been amazing and kept me up to date with regular contact and a person there for me to ask those questions Caitlin made the final process so quick and efficient The offer of mortgage was made to feel special I would highly recommend these guys Quick efficient and extremely helpful Thank you Tammi

Professional helpful and friendly staff

I was very nervous about this process and expected it to be a headache How wrong I was I dealt with Keane and Asad both of whom were extremely helpful and efficient My landlord is selling my current house so I really wanted to go through the process as quick as possible Keane responded to my emails near enough instantly and helped me go through everything in a matter of days Super communicative and responsive Can t thank them enough for making an extremely stressful situation so much simpler Thank you

Customer Service way beyond expectations

I always think it is worth sharing good feedback and calling out negative experiences but the service I had today from Rebecca at Metro was above and beyond pretty much anything I have experienced before She was so knowledgable patient and helpful in what could have been an extremely anxious situation I just had to share it and say thank you to her publicly

Initially spoke to Adam and then was assigned to our case handler - Rebecca Lester It was such an easy process we were kept informed and nothing was too much trouble I asked lots of questions lol Very happy with the service provided by all that I spoke to but massive thanks to Rebecca for helping us on our way to owning our own home
