Best customer support I have ever experienced

Ordered from B Q and they used monster shop as a 3rd party company The item arrived damaged after hours on the phone to them I got no where so decided to call monstershop direct I was not hopefully on any outcome but was more than pleasantly surprised to be connected quickly to a customer services agent called Meg who was so polite and understanding and got a replacement delivery sent out straight away for the following day Unfortunately the item was again damaged on transport and again I recontacted them to be put onto Saffron this time she also sent a delivery out for the following day The courier company again damaged the item no fault of the monster shop I again spoke with Saffron explaining the need of the item and how we had a plumber coming out in 2 days time She got the item sent on a pallet and the next day delivery for more stability in transport SAFFRON in my opinion should be looked at by all companies who employ staff to be the contact point of a company she has gone above and beyond all means to keep her customer happy which is a very rare nowadays Monstershop please thank all you customer support agents for the professional apporach they have to keep customers happy especially saffron So many companies now once they have a payment do not care not the case with this company

This machine done exactly as i wanted very well although we have changed the lube fittings to 90DEGREE ELBOWS to help with the flow fouling of the pipe All in all very good value for the money
