I love my necklace from Moonglow It was my very first time purchasing from them My necklace is very beautiful and it was very well packaged I love the fact that you can choose any date you want and it shows you what the moon looked like that day Plus the moon glows in the dark after absorbing light all day I choose the Stella Necklace in Gold which came with the zodiac sign of your choice and the moon phase of the date you choose My chain broke after about a month of wearing it so today I contacted them through their live chat online and they were quick in answering and have already sent a replacement chain with FedEx 2-Day shipping Like WOW Their customer service is fantastic Highly recommend

I have now purchased quite a few pieces from Moonglow Every item I have ordered has been gorgeous I love their products as well as customer service When I needed help or had an issue they were more than happy to help They were polite and understanding and made sure my issue was corrected or my question was answered If you haven t purchased from Moonglow you really should Love them

I love the bracelet from my daughter and wanted to add to my collection When I received the new bracelets I was very excited The astrological pendant and the red jade moon bracelet are of great quality I wear one of the 3 bracelets that I have from Moonglow every day I emailed the company with an error and they immediately responded and corrected the error This is a true representation of great customer service I happily show off my bracelets and recommend this company for their device
