Disappointed

My review is almost identical to the first one I ordered a necklace for the wife early on the 23rd of December that had two day delivery The necklace was to arrive on the 28th of December in time for New Year s Eve On the 27th they created a label but never bothered to take it to the post office I contacted the service center on the 29th and they promised to pass it on to their Moon Expert On the 31st they actually took the item to the Post Office whereby it is now scheduled to be delivered on January 5th It isn t about the quality of the product but when something is purchased for a special occasion it defeats the purpose when arriving a week late This rests solely upon the business and not the post office Keep this in mind on any purchase from Moonglow Don t trust their arrival dates or when they even decide to ship the item

Rude lazy company

Rude lazy company Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend and it s been 14 days and still not deoatched Everytime I contact webchat there usuless and give the same reply each time Il message Danny the moon specialist and he will contact you in 24 hours Never does the poorest company iv had the displeasure to deal with Starting to feel this is a con site and il be shocked if I receive my item

Scam

Scam Company makes you pay for shipping and count on a month until you receive your poor quality and non-glowing piece of jewelry I had questions about my order so I reached out to their email and never to this day several months later got a response and called then two times and the costumer support is a joke they tell you exactly what you want to hear with no confirming when it left their facility and their support was very unprofessional and rude Company had a great idea and cool themed jewelry but due to the poor quality and service it really ruined the experience

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed I thought it would be such a unique Mother s Day gift to myself I bought the bracelet with four different moons to represent my family and within 24 hours three of the four moon jewels fell out of the bracelet I have only found one of them on the floor Still two missing I probably will never find them

Wrong item zero customer support

Ordered necklace sent wrong necklace with wrong engraving Contacted customer service multiple times through email and phone it s been a month and still no reply Had to file complaint through PayPal

I have been trying to contact Moonglow s customer service over 2 weeks in regard to an order I have left phone messages and an email request all to no avail If you re thinking about trading with this company make sure they re still in business

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service everWorst customer service ever I didn t receive my order because it was shipped back by a shipping comany without even notifying me and I was hoping I would get my money back but no matter how many times I email this stupid ass company they don t answer I really don t recommend buying from them because if you ever come to a situation that you don t even receive an order you won t be getting any help and you can forget about ever getting your money back

experience full of disappointment

I bought a necklace as a gift from this store It was an experience full of disappointment The necklace turned to black after wearing it twice I sent them an email they never responded back to me I call them again after a very long time the manager was soooooooo rude No real manager can be this rude and not caring They didn t replace the item or any other fair response

Worse customer service They don t respond within the time given If you say anything negative on the company you get blocked on social media This company only cares for the customers leaving good reviews Asking questions or trying to contact their customer service gets you stonewalled and gaslit to make it all your fault and you being the problem not them The jewelry is lovely but the people manning the customer service desk are terrible WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN

The chain was cheap and tarnished

The chain was cheap and tarnished the moon was blurry and doesn t glow The product was very disappointing They obviously have a large markup because their packaging and marketing is better than the product The choice in shipping partner is interesting - I received my order and the tracking number still showed it hadn t been picked up They only publish the positive reviews in their site You can t trust them Save yourself time and money and don t bother
