I mistakenly ordered a Pewter necklace with a Blue Moon I am allergic to Pewter so I called their customer service number and explained my predicament He was very helpful he sent me a free return labelthrough email and asked me to mail it back Didn t charge me shipping to exchange it and even gave me a huge break on price Awesome Customer Service I m very happy with how my experience turned out Customer Service genuinely cared about my mistake for not reading the information given Great company Speedy Service Great Customer Service

I bought my partner an Orion Necklace with our newborn s birth moon on it and she wears it almost every day Then she got me a tie clip with his moon too and we re both very happy with these products Recently she broke her necklace and Daniel from the support team was nice enough to just send us a brand new one free of charge I highly recommend this company for quality unique products and kind customer care
