False shipping and tracking number Very very poor customer servace I d would say I got scammed

I purchased a piece from Moonglow Canada on Dec 9 and paid 10 for shipping to ensure it would make it to my best friend before Christmas She is such a lover of jewelry and of astrology so I thought the piece I chose for her would suit her perfectly and it probably would except that Moonglow can t even be bothered to hand the package over the FedEx Again I purchased the necklace online Dec 9 2020 and now Dec 22 2020 the company has STILL not released it to FedEx I have spoken with the company 3 times about this The first time I received an obviously copy and pasted response I know this because they didn t even bother to change the first name on the draft and referred to me and somebody completely different The second time I reached out to them they assured me again that they would have it to FedEx THAT day and yet here we are To say I m disappointed would be an understatement When you think you ve found the perfect gift for someone and then it turns out that the company can t do something as simple as SEND IT OUT well Here I am writing this review so that hopefully someone else won t have to experience this Find a local jewelry maker and support them instead Moonglow doesn t care about their customers

I placed the order on the 14th of December got a confirmation email and an email stating a label was created the 17th my items would be shipped out and would arrive the 22nd It is now the 28th and still no items I contacted the support people and they quickly replied telling me a label was created on the 17th The tracking is useless and so is the customer support team But I ve had 3 seperate sources let me know the label was created none can tell me where anything is but ladies and gentlemen we have a label creation on December 17th at 4 15 p m I have 3 accredited sources to prove my claim I read the above review and saw they blamed the pandemic lol I am a delivery driver and it s really not that bad we are not swamped with long hours and nearing our breaking points that s just what companies that cannot keep their promises say to try to pass the buck when they fail

I ve been writing emails and all of them go unanswered I m so frustrated I need a return on a necklace that I was very disappointed in and I need help doing so but no one will reply to my emails It s almost like they want the time to run out on the return policy so u can t get the money back Won t be ordering again

My review is almost identical to the first one I ordered a necklace for the wife early on the 23rd of December that had two day delivery The necklace was to arrive on the 28th of December in time for New Year s Eve On the 27th they created a label but never bothered to take it to the post office I contacted the service center on the 29th and they promised to pass it on to their Moon Expert On the 31st they actually took the item to the Post Office whereby it is now scheduled to be delivered on January 5th It isn t about the quality of the product but when something is purchased for a special occasion it defeats the purpose when arriving a week late This rests solely upon the business and not the post office Keep this in mind on any purchase from Moonglow Don t trust their arrival dates or when they even decide to ship the item

Rude lazy company Ordered a necklace for my girlfriend and it s been 14 days and still not deoatched Everytime I contact webchat there usuless and give the same reply each time Il message Danny the moon specialist and he will contact you in 24 hours Never does the poorest company iv had the displeasure to deal with Starting to feel this is a con site and il be shocked if I receive my item

Scam Company makes you pay for shipping and count on a month until you receive your poor quality and non-glowing piece of jewelry I had questions about my order so I reached out to their email and never to this day several months later got a response and called then two times and the costumer support is a joke they tell you exactly what you want to hear with no confirming when it left their facility and their support was very unprofessional and rude Company had a great idea and cool themed jewelry but due to the poor quality and service it really ruined the experience
