Pete Hobson took all the stress away arranging our mortgages

This is the third mortgage Pete Hobson has sorted out for us in 6 months It was a bit complicated as we weren t quite at the end of our fixed rate we re also company directors so on so it was a lot of hoops to jump through Then our BTL had to be renewed at the same time Pete his colleague Ian took out all the stress sorted them all out Even chasing solicitors too

We met Pete through a networking event and subsequently he and his team have found a great re mortgage deal saving us putting down a big lump of money by getting better rate with a bank that we are similar cost month as paying on current mortgage without extra monies paid Great service keeps client informed along the way highly recommended

I met Pete Dobson at a property networking event in London and contacted him a couple of days later regarding my imminent remortgage requirement on my residential property I had already secured a deal with one lender six months before my existing mortgage loan term ended as advised However this was during a period of regular interest rate rises and meant that I would have to put in 50 000 into the deal to maintain a similar monthly mortgage payment to my outgoing mortgage loan Pete was friendly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to find an alternative deal and was successful in doing so which resulted in a 200 per month increased mortgage payment but importantly meant that I no longer had to find the additional 50 000 All was secured prior to the superseded new mortgage loan product being finalised I would definitely recommend Mortgage Confident and now consider Pete to be a friend and business contact to partner with in the future
