Stay well away
On 27 October 2024 i ordered an ssd external hard drive and its now 22 November and still its has not been delivered to me I have sent messages and have phoned them but all you get is transfer to ee voice mail Like many people who have left messages here had I d known before then I would have never have ordered from thease ghosts Its an absolutely disgrace and the only alternative i have now is to go to my bank and get my money back from thease people

Do not waste your money
I ordered a ssd hard drive over two months ago and I am still waiting delivery I have received several excuses including new couriers and Christmas rush but to be honest I have now asked my credit card to progress a chargeback Save yourself all the time and trouble and do not use this company

I brought a SSD portable storage device I had to chase for delivery The device did not work and supplier said I had no right of return even though their website said products not working can be returned Eventually they agreed to return No refund was forthcoming despite chasing several times Eventually I got my money back via credit card charge back Their website looks professional but their returns and timelessness of customer service are very poor

Definitely scammers I have raised this with my bank and I have done a charge back I have also reported them to trading standards which I encourage all should do Hopefully these jokers are caught My refund has arrived so Im just pleased about that Funny enough they are no longer operating

8 NovemberExperience exactly as other recent reviews Almost certainly a SCAM My order for an SSD external drive 9 October NOT DELIVERED after over a month An order delay update email from Moxtons after 20 days claimed a rush of orders but likely delivery in 2-3 days Nothing happened They do not reply to emails and their website phone goes straight to an EE voicemail
