I order products from them including 2 x Libre 3 sensors When I got the parcel everything else was there except the Libre3 sensors I contacted the seller and they promised me to send the missing products but never did even if I contacted them multiple times They refused to reimburse me the missing products Had to contact my credit card company Sloppy work bad customer service and outright lies in their answers Do not recommed

I ordered a glucose meter And after 2 days it stopped working When contacting them the customer service responded that the sensor is sensitive and I must have hit it and therefore it s not covered by warranty When asking them to explain under what circumstances would warranty cover and if they can explain how they quickly assumed it was my fault and not faulty product the response was We already made our story below you can contact the producer of the product Terrible service and not respectful especially when it s an expensive product necessary for customers health

We had bought a glucose meter and sensor under the same name It came fairly quickly We didn t need the meter and spent DKK 108 - in shipping to send it back and now we have contacted the company 10-12 times since the company received the returned item on 18 12 2024 to get the money back 100 00 but nothing happens This is poor customer service and treatment so cannot be recommended

Really poor customer serviceMy package was returned by the courier they used to send it to me because it was not immediately collected I was not notified of a short deadline for collection They now have both my money and my package and are not responding to my requests for how to pay for it to be re-sent to me They are also pretty rude in correspondence and don t take any responsibility for the actions of their chosen courier

Good company awful delivery service at Spanish end

The product arrived in perfect condition but it took a long time to get to me the delivery company they use is in my opinion awful But apart from that they were very helpful and with their help my parcel eventually arrived after 12 days
