very disappointing experience
I had a very disappointing experience with MusoTec. I placed an order and requested cancellation less than 12 hours later, fully expecting it to be handled according to their stated return and cancellation policy. Instead of a clear response, I received multiple emails claiming that my cancellation request was being processed and that I would be allowed to return the product. However, when I later spoke directly with a representative by phone, I was clearly told that they do not want to accept the return at all, which directly contradicted what was promised in their emails. This feels dishonest and misleading. Their emails gave the impression that the issue was just delayed or under review, but the phone conversation revealed that those messages were not truthful. Saying one thing in writing and another thing verbally is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected transparency and respect for their own policies, but instead I experienced confusion, delays, and misleading communication. Based on my experience, I cannot trust this company’s customer service and would not recommend MusoTec to others. Update: After posting this review, I received legal threats demanding removal.

Quick reliable and personal
I ordered a Waldorf STVC on this site because it was way cheaper than on other websites due to some issues on the original box if I m right Well the synth inside wasn t affected at all everything perfect well built no scratches or anything The sounds are really good I wanted anything with banking so I could register sounds and switch between them easily and it works perfectly I read some complaints about how the knobs were slippery and with a bit of toggling ein wenig Spiel I didn t feel that at all The keyboard feels like real good quality too with aftertouch It hasn t all the lfo s and complexity of an analog synth for example not really the sound either but it s really easy to have access to real good sounds nevertheless The vocoder is really fun too although I won t really use it Fazit Sehr guter Synth guter Shop w rde auf jeden fall wieder kommen fals ich etwas brauche
