Disgusting service only reason that graded as 1 star is so I can leave a review most unhelpful and totally stupid not even able to understand HMRC rules and regs told them I spoke direct to HMRC they said HMRC were wrong

When I called Controlaccount and talked to the service and asked for help and explained they were very often rude and I don t think they even listened to what I said in the end they threatened me that if I don t pay immediately the amount will soon be 25 more than the day I explained that I never received what FedEx sent them as proof that it delivered to my address nor has that company ever delivered anything to me in my life and I m 63 years old Regards

Extortionate customs charge scam
Purchased a small gift sweater 89 95 and hat 38 95 for my parents and it included a delivery charge My parents then received a charge of 165 55 customs charge on the items Had I been informed of this charge I naturally wouldn t have bought the items and how can the customs charge be this extortionate on a sweater and hat On contacting them they threatened to charge and extra 20 00 every time they have to send a letter requesting the payment

Wrong customer threatened
My brother who lived in Spain used my address and my name to send over his luggage when he moved to England He used FedEx as the delivery service The luggage was duly delivered I was then sent letters addressed to me demanding money for duty not paid The total amount was around 90 I then received today letters with invoices from the company my control account demanding that I pay an extra duty or surcharge for nonpayment of duty I phoned this and told them that I was not the owner of the luggage The lady on the phone asked me to pay a nominal charge to help recover nonpayment I refused I find it intimidating that people from this company send me debt recovery invoices for items or luggage that do not belong to me and then ask me to make a nominal payment Blackmail

Absolutely disgusting company there only interested is hiding behind there so call client FedEx to hunt people down for payment when FedEx understood there a issue and started case them to not see it through just pass it on The girl twist the story around and when ask to put it in writing and you end up with a different story again Found them very threatening with there lies after lies It must be sad life having to lie your way through life

Thieves Billed import tax and months of late fees on something that wasn t even sent to me because the shipper listed my name Hadn t previously been contacted in any way Spoke with them for an hour they provided no way to resolve the issue did not care that it wasn t my shipment Also not clear how they came about charging 130 GBP tax and fees for a package that the shipper listed as valued at 50 USD Horrible people
