Paid for pictures didn t get them when I called customer service all they wanted was my debit card number um no This business is not to be trusted

If I could put no stars I would this is by far the worst company ever I was so excited to purchase my grandchildren s photos for there first pictures taken at tutor time in Holbrook ny well these are the worst pictures I ve seen of them and the photographer kept saying look at me not say cheese and these are little kids These are the worst photos ever and they don t look professional stay away from this place if you want nice photos

It s just not worth the hassle

It s just not worth the hassle My son s school photos were suppose to be this morning K-3 school photos They simply didn t show up The school called to see what was up and they said they could be there later this afternoon So now I m trying to feed my tired 6 year old and keep his outfit and hair nice for the next 4 hours while my husband sits around at work for an extra 90 mins because I ll be late picking him up It s extremely unprofessional to no call no show an entire school The kicker is that THEY DID THIS LAST YEAR TOO I m not sure who deals with the scheduling but they should consider a different line of work

Pictures were ordered through the school and paid for by check same day Only part of the packages I ordered and paid for was received When I Contacted them in Sept 2023 they said they never got that amount yet I have a copy of check front and back from bank that they cashed it I asked to get what was not received and was told after talking with 3 different people on chat they would be sent out soon Here it is November still nothing No refund of money I spent either Their chat is a joke DO NOT EVER BUY PHOTOS FROM THEM

This is a most pathetic photo service I ve ever seen in my life Pour Canadians they have been scammed on everything On taxes on government on kids pictures too Every single year you have the same pictures The same background Just one shot of your child and choice of the same backgrounds Why would you need 100 same pictures To put one in the wallet To send someone For 40 15 SAME pathetic prints Wow It can only work with Canadians because they don t even know how in so called poor countries the photographer works If they would do this garbage they wouldn t have a job It s reminding me vehicle insurance The biggest scam in Canada Lifetouch please be creative we want to see different pictures of our kids i don t want to choose backgrounds i want you to go in the classroom and do at least 3 photos from different angles and in different poses Such a joke your service

Our school utilized Life-Touch for our football team s annual pictures They were terrible they only give you one option per player then they lost the team picture I am going to do everything I can to make sure our school system never spends another dime with these losers

Every YEAR they mess it up They always take awful pictures of both my kids Always blurry and terrible printing the job done I have called numerous times this year to get pictures reprinted and correct name spelled for sports and school pictures Not good photographers or customer service Not worth it

mylifetouch trys as hard as possible to harvest unnecessary information from customers Trys as hard as possible to upsell on orders Does not order flexible services on what photos can be included or varied within their standard packages although it is transparently obvious that their computing system which will really be doing the automated photo printing could offer that enhancement at no extra upsell cost The SW is very brittle for example entering St vs St generates a blockage on further action on an order but does not diagnose things by saying even make sure you exactly match every letter that is on the printed order form
