If I could give them a zero I would I took my time to read all of the information and also watched the video before purchasing I also thought I read legitimate reviews I purchased this to block wifi access for a family member The wifi part was grayed out and would not even open I paid for the full year price also I immediately sent an email Nicely asking for a refund Of course they wanted a background of what happened I explained Next day I again asked for a refund They didnt respond to my request They responded by stating they can help walk me through it to tey and fix it I don t want that I removed the app 1 hour after downloading and setting it up Today I was even more specific asking for a refund No answer I always leave good reviews for businesses I told him I would not be for him This app is horrible Does not do what it says it will do

Scam scam scam scam don t try it its a group of fraudsters to scam people Its not legit They spend more time creating contend to convince you about product that does not even work The rest of positive comments is part of the scamming team DONT TRY IT

Poor support and many features advertised don t work

Only features that consistently work in this app are the call log and GPS Customer support is not 24 7 and they don t seem to understand the support request maybe a language barrier

If I could rate this service a minus 10 I would No customer service no phone number to call just an email that they have 48 hours to respond They take your money and provide sketchy service No benefits to this service text messages phone calls GPS locations none of them work Don t waste your time energy or money
