Everything went perfectly
Everything went perfectly I ordered machine and was told it would be 2 days processing and getting it out and 4 to 6 business days When I had a question Debbie through text answered promptly Well my machine arrived in 3 days total even delivered on a Sunday by FedEx Debbbie also confirmed that I did receive Used machine twice so far and loving it

I ordered a machine online and had some questions My email was responded to with clear answers to my questions I decided to go for another product and they were most helpful changing my order I haven t received the product yet and will be happy to add to my comment when I do but so far I can say this is the best customer service I have received in a long time

Great Customer Service I had an issue with the the machine that I received It didn t turn on I was so worried about my money I contacted to customer service and Amelia was there to help me After verifying the problem and that definitely it was a defective product she was able to send the replacement right away In the same week I am absolutely grateful for her promptly help
