Today I experienced a very unprofessional rider by the name Emmanuel He called me but I missed his call and I returned his call after like 15 minutes later and he said he was in Ngong I called again at 3 28pm and he was still in Ngong and he told me he has other clients deliveries not mine alone In 15 minutes he called asking for directions which I explained to him but he asked for a pin location claiming that my delivery didn t indicate my location well In another 10 minutes he wasn t picking my calls after a short while my order had been a signed another rider he needs to learn how to talk to clients well and communicate if he can t manage to make the delivery within the stipulated time This is an order I placed on Friday and up to now I haven t received my package

Unprofessional and unbothered customer service staff as long as they have your cash they don t care whether you get what you need value for money They have no physical space thus one can only follow up issues on phone when they choose to listen to you I ended up with a neck collar that I cannot use since it is too tight and they refused to exchange Very disappointed in the whole Mydawa thing

I uploaded my prescription at 6 28 pm called every 15 minutes to make follow-ups each time they would tell me to wait I called again at 7 30 pm and asked them if I should order elsewhere since I was seriously unwell and I had to take that Medicine that night At 7 50 one of their doctors called I explained my symptoms and she agreed with the prescription I explicitly told her that I know they don t deliver after 8 and she said they would deliver I just need to check out and pay Once I made the payment she said it s past 8 and delivery would be done the next day after 10 00 am I was home nursing a fever in pain and taking care of a 8 month old baby I pleaded with her to give a refund I had paid over 4 000 so that I can purchase elsewhere She switched off the phone after our discussion and I never heard from her again Very unprofessional and inhuman I am deleting the app If you know what s good for you don t order anything from them
