Its just mass data collection

How they are allowed to advertise on TV claiming people had a result with my diesel claim is beyond me from what i can see not a single person who has registered ever hears anything back Like others i just get rambling emails every so often about nonsensical court cases or requests for the same data again NOBODY HAS HAD A RESULT WITH MYDIESELCLAIM

99 9 convinced this company are doing nothing ither than ibtaining peoples information Quite clearly a scam My claim has been going on for over 5 years and it s just the same old email getting closer provide more details Don t think anything is happening other than an increase of spam emails and calls

Absolutely Useless Company They are consantly sending emails asking for information I have already given them I have signed the documentation to enable them to proceed but again a barrage of emasils telling me I have 5 days 3 days left to sign When I open the document it is totally obvious there is a signature They are either blind or stupid These are lawyers I would trust them to defend my goldfish if I had one

I too just received a letter saying my car is ineligible Now reading others have experienced the same it appears that they will get the compensation due but fobbing off people like us so they can keep the compensation or its a very good ID fraud scam

I am waiting for last 2 years for any compensation but nothing yet They just keep sending standard updates Useless company

Scam fraud warning allegedly

I m starting too suspect this company is one big fraud Over 2 years into claim still asking for info latest being prove what euro status van is Anyone can look that up And now told I may have to pay legal costs if I don t comply How do we know they haven t received payments and just kept them Trading standards and police will hopefully take notice

This is a total scam They have just written to me claiming that my 2010 Mercedes C250 CDI blue efficiency is in fact petrol and want me to provide further documentation confirming it is diesel a quick check with DVLA would do it The whole process is complete nonsense Beware

How To Get Hold Of Mydieselclaim

OMG This is horrendous What have we got ourselves into I ve previously left my review and since then I ve been desperately trying to get hold of them you have to get a confirmation email or letter from them that your claim has been cancelled before you can take on someone else to avoid 2 bills these people are crooks the deadline is only 2 weeks now please post if anyone has any luck getting hold of them and how they did it but I won t hold my breath I think we should all be rather worried on the outcome of this
