I have obtained a County Court

I have obtained a County Court Judgement CCJ against Graeme Stewart of My Family Mattters Case number 449MC601 Warrant number 1A424953 My advise would be not to deal with this company unless you want to lose a lot of money

What do I do now

Like others I cannot contact Graeme who holds my trust He holds my wills and my property deeds and since I am in my 80 s I might need my beneficiaries to access the trust in the not too distant future Has any one got any ideas as to where I go next

excellent service

I received an excellent service in removing my old trustees at the Land Registry and changing the title deeds All was done quickly and neatly to my full satisfaction My point of contact was Graeme Stewart who was always available and provided support and guidance all the way through the process and even more The fees were very reasonable and better than other companies quotes Graeme is still continuing to provide the needed support and goes an extra mile providing good professional services He is very knowledgeable in this field and is easy accessible which is important when dealing with family estates I am happy to recommend Stewart and the whole company to other clients without any hesitation I ll definitely go back to Stewart if I have any issues within the family trust

Excellent Company Who Care About Their Clients

My mother had become embroiled in a Trust that turned out to be rather dubious I had no idea how to proceed but I was given the name of Colin Robson at Family Matters To say he made things simple for me would be an understatement He knew exactly what my concerns were and just got on with helping me extricate my mother from the Trust that in hindsight she should never have become involved with The process was relatively painless but all credit must go to Colin and his team for the caring and professional way the whole scenario was handled If you are in a similar kind of situation I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Family Matters as the company to assist you

Exemplary client service from My Family Matters

My Family Matters provided us with a first class service that was well over and above what we could reasonably expect and we are extremely grateful to them We contacted them to ask for their urgent help to remove the trustees of our trusts from office and then to help us to appoint new ones and help us with the other required and urgent formalities We had a very tight deadline to achieve this as we were going abroad for a month My Family Matters did everything they said they would do within the timescales they promised and what we needed to achieve was achieved before we went abroad Their advice and support was excellent and the documentation they sent us was of a high quality My Family Matters overall client service was nothing short of exemplary For anyone who needs any of the services they provide My Family Matters comes with our highest recommendation

When I first heard from this company I was more that a little sceptical - not surprising under the circumstances as Universal had stolen 40 000 00 of our money and made it impossible for us to sell OUR house Colin suggested he could help with the second but not the first He was very calm and listened to everything that was bothering us There was no pressure and so we decided to let My Family Matters take steps to get our house back registered correctly Suddenly we needed to sell our house and the issue became urgent and again Colin and his team took it all in their stride and managed to get the necessary work completed correctly and quickly My Family Matters is an apt name and the people there are caring helpful and committed to helping I am very grateful to them and wholeheartedly support them
