Buying with My Little Jubba was very disappointing
Buying from My Litte Jubba was a very disappointing and unsatisfactory experience First of all they wrongly declared the value of the product to the delivery company which made me pay extra local taxes when receiving the product After a long and insistent exchange of emails they refund me with these extra values over their mistake Secondly the product delivered was not the one I ordered Again I had to send over some emails seeking resolution They refund me for the product I have bought but didn t refund me for the value I had to pay in local taxes I live in Brazil where import taxes are very high they had cost me more than the actual product I am still seeking friendly compensation but they take over too long to answer emails and haven t talked back to me in a long time leaving me with inconveniences unsolved over mistakes the store has made when delivering the product TLDR They made two great mistakes when delivering the product and didn t refund me properly when delivering the wrong product

I had been waiting 2 weeks when it said
I had been waiting 2 weeks when it said 3 to 5 working days for my order to arrive and didn t receive any confirmation text or one for tracking Then when speaking to customer service they said that it was stated in and email that it would take 2 weeks to arrive which was not sent because when making the purchase they ask for your number or email which I gave in my number Then the customer service was asking for various details saying that my order was stuck in DHL which is highly unusual which I did not give them then coincidencently DHL sends me a text to confirm my package 3 weeks gone by and my item had been sent back to its shipper and I have been given a refund which I ve not yet received and could take weeks And the customer service felt more like a security checkpoint that a help centre

Awful company to deal with Take forever and ever to respond to all emails If you buy from them the size is wrong they charge you to return item and take for ever to reply in the hope you give up No honor and no respect to customer Then again what do you expect from a company who sells Islamic clothes on a model filled with tattoos Avoid and save the headache

I want to reiterate what the previous reviewer said If you buy an item from them and you need to return it back to them then you have to pay thevreturn fee back to dubai which will cost 20 or more depending on weight of the item My headgear cost 30 but will cost 20 to return back from UK Quality of item not great either Avoid buying from this company y

Awful company lack or response ordered January now we are end of March no refund yet spend over 130 I have proof from Royal Mail they had received the items back in February I am absolutely shocked how they operate and keep clients money Now will have to go through my bank I m not that person to write reviews but this company has tipped me over the edge

Salaams Beware this so called company I contacted the company and got a response but unfortunately as soon as I asked for a return they don t want to know I have sent emails and what s app messages but no response for weeks now Not good business and certainly not good for an Islamic business to be dishonest I will never purchase from here again If you are considering or thinking buying from this company I would seriously think about it because they don t return which is very complicated when you purchase clothing online

I bought 109 5 dress it came with a ribbon I could not take the ribbon off so I cut it tried the dress is too small fat too small the measuremt online were wrong I measured myself again and ok but too small so contacted the after sale the went send picture of the dress and so on after a day and asking more details they came back and said because the ribbon was cut they don t accept return They saw the ribbon cut in first pic why wait a day to say that Anyway bad customer service cold and inconsiderate people and the measurements are for kids looks like may karma get you as you ruined my holiday

BEWARE There are many things wring with this company1 bad customer service and lack of response when something goes wrong and very unprofessional response had to keep pestering them to reply2 images do not match the items sold3 READ the returns policy Spent nearly 200 and only got refunded half due to all their return fees and this was refunded more than a month after they received my return
