Lose of money and time
I have been banking with many banks and I have not seen anything like this yet The bank makes money from complex processes and experiences and from the worse customer experience The bank approach is self centric which is the opposite of what they advertise I wish I was more aware

Great savings interest rates easy to use banking and Aussie-based call centre
Unlike other banks they offer their customers a high interest rate with no hoops to jump through to receive every month and it s not an introductory rate either Love their insights on the MyState app and the prompts are super useful and actually helped me realise I had been charged twice for an item - that s why I m leaving a review now
