I recently purchased a wrap from Nando s brampton location and unfortunately it was very disappointing The wrap was mostly just salad with little to no flavor and it didn t meet the standard I expected When I called to share my feedback the staff member I spoke with was rude and abruptly hung up the phone Poor food quality and even worse customer service I hope Nando s takes this seriously and improves both their food and their approach to handling customer concerns
