I ordered this cute little collar to use under the collar of plain shirts but it is not suitable for this Size s m is ar smaller than I think it should be more like a size xs s and as much I can put it around my bare neck over a tshirt perhaps I can t use it as I intended to Hope it helps

Ordered three items Packaging was satisfactory and gap between order and delivery just about acceptable given the current disruption But returns policy was difficult to follow no free return so I had to pay it myself and it took a week to get confirmation I would be reimbursed Ultimately disappointed in the garments which in theory were lovely but the cut was all wrong for me

UPDATE - NFD are pleased they ve processed the refund within their timeframe They have fully missed the actual issue here From a customers POV it is lower level customer service to have had an email notification once the return had been received in this case the 11th March An email to say your return has been received and will processed within the next however many days I have had the same response via email and it is somewhat worrying that the company has completely disregarded the issue and confirmed they are pleased Missing the entire point The refund being processed is separate to correspondence to the customer to advise a return has been received UPDATE - IT GETS WORSEDespite the response I received below on the 14th March I have still not had an email to say my return has been received even though they ve told me they ve got it in the response and it s the 17th March and still no refund or communication whatsoever I think this is terrible customer service I have sent an email complaint and will phone tomorrow for the refund to be processed in the morning This is not acceptable Such a shame The quality has decreased rapidly Wether or not a staff members comes on here to say it hasn t - it has I was a loyal customer until this latest order I ll see if it improves in future with customer feedback Prices - way to high for production in China Need to source better suppliers I purchased two dresses One in sale and one in 2 sizes Full price dress was 129 and the fabric was awful It was also printed material over yarn dyed which greatly cheapens a garment The belt was also different from the images online If this had been nice quality fabric I would have kept it Sent back Second dress was a sale item Thought I would purchase now for a nice winter dress It had clearly been worn and returned There was damage on it the belt loop was ripped on one side However even if it wasn t it was awful quality again Not as bothered with the sale price point but if I d purchased full price it - no way Also sent back Return policy - I returned these last Thurs Fri via the post office In total it is around 310ish I m due to be refunded and I ve still not had any return notification from the company Way too long a process I m giving it until tomorrow before I contact to complain Overall I have purchased quite a few pieces from this company and most not all have been of an average quality I still feel the price point is too much as the quality isn t up to standard however it was borderline passable These latest pieces are way below par It won t be my go to for the foreseeable

This is the second item I have bought from NFD which has been broken on arrival the item was very low quality and by this I refer to the material and the stitching I was offered a 30 refund which I did accept but tbh I don t think it was enough and I will no longer shop at NFD

Don t get fooled I m posting 8 months later again with no answer from them still I already posted a review on TrustPilot about my bad experience with defective product I go an automated message back from NFD Customer Care to my review I followed the steps wrote them an email explaining about a blouse I bought twice and was defective both times sent proof They just ignored me and never replied That s how it works

Item quality did not meet expectations Expected much better considering the price Returned and was told a return fee will be deducted from my refund which is frustrating considering the item was not what it looked like on images shown Disappointing

Careful when ordering from here especially with sizing Measurements on site aren t what clothes actually are Also returns from Irl are expensive Ordered 2 different items Both returned Great advertising but I don t think quality matches up

Unfortunately the sizing was off in the dress that I bought which was an S it was too big on me Although the faux leather skirt was the right size it seemed to bunch up at the back Upon closer inspection it was not sewn together properly So both items returned and I lost 10 for sending them back Unfortunately I will not order from them again due to the return policy

The picture on the site was very misleading The outfit looked like a shirt dress for 60 it was literally just a piece of material to make a wrap skirt

The sizing is absolutely not correct in the order I made They are all way too big for me and as I am living in Belgium there is no way for me to return this
