Frankly it s just another scammy site with pretty images that trick you into buying shoddy polyester knock-offs of actual fashion The quality was absolutely abysmal Avoid

Extortionate shipping costs both on return and delivery

Very creased on arrival way too long in the sleeves way too big Paying to ship but then paying again to send this item back for a full refund has cost me upwards of 8 8 whole pounds - shall not be shopping here again

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever They do not help you find a solution the response I had was I am here to explain to you the policy thank you but I can read I asked to combine the returns from 2 different orders which you can do with anybody else but not here So I will have to pay two times the return fees Outrageous also not super quality product from China Will never use again

Delivery very slow Tracking not functioning and customer service not very responsive

I made an order for a skirt for over 100 almost 2 weeks ago Order still has not arrived tracking shows no results Contacted customer care who said they would look into my case over 24 hours no response so I messaged again to find out status to be told tracking would now be in place and order would arrive soon days later no sign- and again no tracking ordered specifically for an even this weekend in advanced based on their shipping times even if it ever does arrive process has been very disappointing it s a thumbs down for me

Extremely expensive skirt for as soon as the packages arrived so many sequins to fall off Wasn t impressed with the cut it was just not up to the quality expected for a skirt costing 145 Then to refund in sterling which is only 109 is poor form

Poor quality for the price awful fit nothing like advertised and to have to pay for postage both ways only added to the insult to the experience Live their designs but don t trust they are for the average gal

I have ordered twice from Never Fullydressed and both times I ve set the items back - the quality is just not good enough for the amount they charge Also when returning I got charged for postage from my refund A shambles Will never again
