Ok but not new item

I found your customer service very friendly and helpful when I asked about the arrival time of my order But unfortunately when it came there was a make up stain on the dress Meaning somebody already used it and I thought that was a shame for an item I paid almost 200 for

Honest Review

Clothing itself is beautiful patterns are so well designed however the quality of the clothing is very basic I loved the skirt and felt the design was worth keeping however a 90 shirt felt like I could get something better in your normal high street shops for way less Material was itchy too Find it also very cheeky for the website to encourage you to get store credit and try entice you to get extra rather then refund you the money

I love one item but the other doesn t fit at all and I sent a message about return options the day I received I ve never heard back so I have no idea if I have to be stuck with the dress that can t be made to fit or not

Material wasn t as good as the price indicates but the pattern is beautiful In 2 minds whether to keep Girls are lovely though

Good service but overpriced clothing

The delivery and customer service is good but I think the dresses are overpriced Paid 100 for a dress and the first time I had it the button fell off and the material was pulled Very good service getting me a replacement out but again the quality was poor with the second dress

Overpriced

Love the colours and styles of your clothing although a little over priced My item had bits of thread hanging out of the stitching and for the price I thought the material would have been a little thicker than it is

The size guidelines are off I was advised to pick size 18 and they were huge on me Then because of the returns being complicated from the US I am going to have them altered

The service is excellent and love the

The service is excellent and love the use of organic and recycled materials but the sweat shirts I ordered are a little bulky and misshapen but good for wearing while gardening However the dress I ordered is lovely I got it a size smaller than my size and glad I did as I think sizes in general run larger than stated

Hard to contact

Hard to contact Dresses are nice but in my opinion if a dress is costing over 100 I would expect a pattern match I am currently really struggling to find any contact number for online sales to try to arrange a return For that reason I m hesitant to purchase from here again

Clothes where lovely but alas not right

Clothes where lovely but alas not right fit So had to return Bit dissapointed that the customer had to pay for return as this has put me off ordering more frequently as the price are a little high and to have money taken out for return is a bit unfair from the refund
