Unfortunately I had to return the dress I ordered but the order delivery and return were a seamless process I used the size estimator and ordered what was suggested based on my answers The dress was huge-

Ordering Quick delivery and good communication and updates Returns Easy and straightforward but process slower Communication not as efficient Confirmation of return being received would be helpful with an explanation of when the refund will be issued However when queried the response from customer service was very quick friendly helpful and reassuring

They re definitely some confusion about the price of the garments You see one price but another price is on your total invoice due to I guess the currency exchange and I don t know some hidden fees as well I work in banking and even rate the prices were higher than that Also it becomes quite a hassle if you have to return something exchanging something because you re returning it to the UK clothes are beautiful although couldn t quite maneuver my Jasper skirt the way that they do on the videos I hope if they can change how close in the USA that there s some better options for buying and returning

Hi The shirt is beautiful but go up a size if you want it to fit like the photograph in the advertisement I think a helpful inclusion would be the models usual size and the size of the garment she is wearing Thanks for the prompt dispatch

Crochet dress

Lovely dress nice material loved the crocheting top half of the dress Unfortunately it was just a little bit tight over the hips and material was puckering I would recommend the dress though definitely worth a try My only moan is it took sometime for the refund with no email updates

Unfortunately returns are problematic

Unfortunately the dress I ordered was oversized to the point the dress didn t have a shape I followed the sizing instructions on the website and ordered a small medium It swam on me The disappointing news- if you live abroad you have to pay to return the item and find a DHL Express venue So I paid to return the dress and drove 35 minutes one-way to do so I d really like to give the shop another try but not knowing their return process

Over priced really

Over priced really Beautiful silk skirt happy with that Disappointed with the matching blouse I thought it would be the same material as the skirt instead it s a cheaper polyester cotton mix and the same price almost as the skirt Saying that I m going to keep as I love the bright colours
