Really disappointed

Really disappointed ordered the silver wrap skirt The quality and fit is awful I was expecting a lot more I don t like the returns process paying and store credit etc I ve requested a refund to original payment card and still waiting 6 days after you ve received the return I won t be ordering from you again

Disappointing returns policy

Disappointing service around returns I wished to return a dress and it was 4 days outside of the strict 28 day return policy which I understand however there was no leniency with offering store credit instead or a partial refund which is quite common where there is a tight return window I have since applied to sell the dress in the nfd re-seller site but weeks later have had no response Disappointing considering the brand new dress would potentially now go to waste and could have easily been repurchased by someone else

Ordered a dress and paid - received emailTo say the dress what out of stock and I had been re-inbursed but no payment received after fourteen days

Duties unacceptable

My order was placed on 25th Feb Still not received the parcel Had to pay importation duties amounting to 45 This was not mentioned when placing the order So this eshop is not trustable at all

The dress itself was beautiful but this company really needs to reevaluate the US sizes I ordered a size 6 US and it was more like a size 10

Returns process is awful still waiting for a refund on items that have been delivered back Not great customer service i wont be ordering again

Poor experience and awful customer

Poor experience and awful customer service I received two orders need to returns items from both and I have to pay 2 ties instead of helping the customers and combining the returns Will NEVER order again
