Order made 16 days ago delivery time specified 3 to 5 days I still haven t received my order and nobody is answering me I m really disappointed

I ordered

I ordered i waited 2 months for my order they wasn t even responding me i was sending a message every day and no one was responding me after a week i found someone to speak with and i could cancel my order I don t recomand

No customer service scam

I placed an order through the website No acknowledgment of the order besides the money leaving my account I have sent many emails to the support kismara com no response to any of them What a scam

Disappointed

Very very hard to receive clear information about returning products To this day I tried 5 times to fill in their return product form no answer yet

BIG delay and got the wrong chairs fr6227

Almost 3 month to get the chairs we purchased only to get them with the wrong colour we bought beiges and received black Now NIMARA is asking us to return the chairs to get a refund or so they can send us the ones we ordered We dont have a car to bring two BIG and HEAVY boxes of the wrong chairs for a return and being their error why should I No thanks horrible experience Answering to NIMARAs answer it s your support who is asking to return the chairs by myself I told them that if they want they can send someone to get them but got no for an answer

We buy a table but after we open it we see some scratch like if other people use it since few month Perhaps this table was used in a showroom before
