I do NOT recommend this company I usually never complain but really this one is bad I contacted them 24 days ago about wanting to return the product bought which did not look like the pictures on their website and the return has still not been settled It takes about 8 days for them to reply and when I get back to them it takes another 8 days Getting through via phone or chat also is impossible

BIG delay and got the wrong chairs fr6227
Almost 3 month to get the chairs we purchased only to get them with the wrong colour we bought beiges and received black Now NIMARA is asking us to return the chairs to get a refund or so they can send us the ones we ordered We dont have a car to bring two BIG and HEAVY boxes of the wrong chairs for a return and being their error why should I No thanks horrible experience Answering to NIMARAs answer it s your support who is asking to return the chairs by myself I told them that if they want they can send someone to get them but got no for an answer
