Tech support from Nitropack is excellent In order to address some odd behaviours we were recently seeing in our site metrics we contacted NP support for the first time They were responsive and persistently examined our site s issue until they were able to identify the root problem and help us address it

Quick and informative support from Delia although I asked support with different email that has not been registered yet

Good client service

They always answer very quickly and are very professional Beware though if you have some countries blocked some elements may break we had Bulgaria blocked for security reasons but as soon as we unblocked it all the trouble with the broken CSS was resolved it may have something to do with the location of the servers they store some files for the CDN I m not sure But otherwise it s a great experience

Atanas is absolute beast mode Their customer service is unrelenting The plugin is so easy to setup and gives you the best speed of any performance plugin I ve used and I ve used them all

Website working flawlessly with Nitropack Awesome support

After I installed the plugin on my website I saw immediately the difference and the performance improvement I just had a small bug that was causing a flick on my site I asked the support regarding this issue and Stefan replied to me not only fixing the bug and explained very professionally the reason but he also optimized the website further 5 stars to Stefan Really professional team and plugin

Easy to setup Delivers Performance Great Support

NtiroPack was easy to install and configure on our website I have run into a few problems getting everything to work well and the customer support was very responsive and resolved all the issues One issue was more complicated and Atanas from the engineering team resolved the issue

While I rarely even need to reach out to NitroPack support their tool gives me control of virtually everything I need to optimize our sites I did reach out today to transfer a paid license from one domain to another Support followed up to say it was done within 7 minutes The speed of service is great
