Shocking disregard for their customers

The product works prices are way over the top but they re entitled to charge as they want The problem is they despise their customers they treat their customers like they are dirt 3 days pass for an answer to a problem with their service and THEN THEY HAVE THE CHEEK to palm you off with a long awaited answer of Our Technical Team will investigate further and will provide more details So how many more days and how many more hide-the-issue replies There are bad reviews about their terrible customer support all over the internet it s worse than bad it s disgusting If a customer can solve their speed problems other than using Nitropack then they will get rid of a huge potential headache And then they get an anonymous person to answer these bad TrustPilot reviews heavily suggesting that there were significant problems Not so the only significant problem is Nitropack raking in millions p a and cheating their customers of an acceptable service level

Terrible service if it could be called that

I give this company a 1 star review only because there is no zero rating available The plugin turned my website into a string of unrecognizable characters Their system tells you that desktop and mobile speeds go up to around 90 and 100 My site has often taken 13 seconds to load I started to get messages on the Google Console that told me the mobile speed was too slow I contacted their chat system It takes days for them to reply and you have to go through a whole bot questionaire to leave them a message that they don t reply too I subscribed to their plan because it was recommend by some SEO people who s recommendations I value If you have a site that relies on being fast and reliable then I would look elswhere At present their Trustpilot rating is almost down to below 3 Never seen this low a rating before

A good product with terrible support No telephone No live chat just email and maybe get a response in 3 days Now over a week and still trying to sort a simple issue

They may reply your pre-sales questions to talk into a subscription but after you will be ignored Tickets don t get replies for 19 days If they reply they only update the ticket with It might take some time this issue to be resolved by our developers as they are overwhelmed at the moment but I will make sure to contact you as soon as I receive any information Once you paid you are on your own Update after reply from Nitropack I opened another ticket on Monday 4 days alter someone replied with a totally irrevelant answer Had nothing to do with my problem 1 week on ticket s been just escalated to a developer noone replied since They are clearly not up to the task to support what they sell

Probably the worst support for a product I ve ever seen

Probably the worst support for a product I ve ever seen I ve had a support ticket active for over 10 days the last thing I heard was Someone from the Sales team will contact you As a paid customer you states a 1 business day response It doesn t count just acknowledging the ticket and then not replying anymore I mean the product itself is great and I would easily give it a much higher rating Im just concerned that if I were to actually have a problem no one would be there to assist If the support is fixed I could comfortably recommend the service to all our current agency clients

This has been the most terrible

This has been the most terrible experience I have ever had throughout my 14 year experience in purchasing products or services online Their service performed much worse than the average wordpress caching plugin It has been a chase requesting them to refund my monthly subscription fee And that was within a day of purchasing it and all I get is automated responses totally ignoring my request By all means DO NOT USE NITROPACK It does not workTheir customer service is extremely poorThey operate like a scam operation

awful support

awful support someone has used our website to register an account and we cannot open an account we can prove it s our domain yet it seems very difficult to do anything or literally open an account with our domain Been going back and forth with support for over a week we give up

NitroPack cheat with google and other speed testing tools

Hello there I am not a big Fan of this plugin because It shows 100 score on google PSI Actually when I opened my website manually in my mobile there was no navigation working and the page was broken You can trick google but not people The page speed will become 100 if it is an empty html template
