I m a tech idiot so turned to NitroPack The girl who helped me out Nikol could not have been more helpful She was clearly very knowledgeable and very willing to help me out Good customer service is very rare these days but if Nikol is anything to go by it is alive and well at NitroPack She was fantastic and couldn t be any more helpful A great example of excellent customer service

Great experience with Nitropack

Great experience with Nitropack all their support staff are awesome especially Vasil who sorted our issue out with the plugin The plugin itself is really good every site has different needs but they have a lot of customisation Go for it without a doubt

Customer service at NitroPack is next level Never experienced before such a prompt reply to problems and professionalism Lilly helped me in seconds and problem with website was resolved same day

Kudos to Atanas and team

Atanas was able to assist us on fixing our concerns after activating nitropack It took a while but we re able to fix the issues I can say that typical assistance on free tier is usually slow and may take long on emails but you can actually get immediate help on the intercom found in the user dashboard

Astonishingly quick and technically strong replies

Astonishingly quick replies Remarkable turn round times And technically strong as well Also the help is unfailingly polite and helpful and if things don t work first time they are quick to get back to you again - they don t give up easily I also really like the threads being duplicated in the Dashboard and in Gmail I am working on a staging site and could be working all over the place at any one time This way I don t miss replies Well done good people Richard

NitroPack delivers From 45 performance on mobile to 91 With a very JS GSAP heavy website too Results are insane but arguably their support team is even better Had a small problem with JS execution Alina from the support team joined in seconds understood the problem and provided the solution And it was fixed simple as that We will be implementing Nitropack on all our customer websites Amazing tool the future is here
