NitroPack Support Team Very Helpful

The NitroPack IT team worked with me to get an unforeseen issue resolved It took a lot of diagnosing and we had to go back forth several times In the end they were patient and we got the plugin working properly again It s a great plugin and I m glad to be using it

Best Cloud Caching Tool on the Market - Almost perfect

I d give Nitropack 4 5 but chose 4 to emphasize that it s not perfect yet I m using Nitropack with Cloudflare and the German Hoster Raidboxes The site truly is super fast and the service is incredibly responsive competent friendly and quick I m not the biggest fan of ticketing systems I prefer chat But the response time is almost chat-like Cudos for that One time the connection to Nitropack was lost due to changes at my hoster I ve asked them to add an alert feature I feel it ll be available soon They are truly user focused So yeah they are not perfect but the best I could find I highly recommend Nitropack

NitroPack ShortPixel Image Optimizer

Hi I m Michal IT support from the non-profit project kasigarda sk after several attempts I managed to optimize the website and the page pagespeed web dev evaluates us 4x green Mobile and 4x green Desktop I managed to do it through the ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin and their great help on the help support to reduce the photos and make Avif compressed files I also used the help desk for the NitroPack plugin and Stanislav willingly guided me to our result several times by email Thank you very much to both companies PS If you don t know what a CDN is look it up on the Internet That s a boost

Ignore website speed at your peril Apart from any Google issues slow websites make for a bad user experience which translates to less money made Yes you can install a caching plugin and try to get things to speed up or you can use NitroPack and see immediate results Apart from an excellent product they have excellent customer support I had an issue with some staging-live questions and Christina at customer support sorted it all out for me in a matter of minutes Highly recommended
