At this point I don t recommend it Support is fast until you re in the trial period After that brace yourself You wait for days sometimes for weeks to get a solution After a few days you get a short answer that someone from tech billing whatever will answer And you wait again for days to get the answer The actual solution who knows how long Why having a good product because yes NitroPack is amazing if you can t provide support as you promised in the price we paid Like that 1 business day answer Because no matter how good your product is issues will appear And without fast support clients lose money Put your things together and provide the support you promise In the time you promise After that I will continue to recommend your product and change my rate

Initially started off very well but their plugin actually wiped our wp-config php file and took our website down twice Despite being on a paid plan we re still awaiting a response to a support ticket 2 days later We run an ecommerce site and cannot afford outages like this Sorry guys you lost our custom Shame really as the plugin appears to work fairly well when it s not taking your website offline

3 days ago I tried Nitropack everything is good with the website speed but It really bad for SEO I write 2 new articles every day and after 2 days they are on the first page of google and with images indexed After I installed Nitropack my Articles aren t indexed it s been 3 days and nothing I m deleting this piece of shet plugin It s good if you don t care about SEO

Would rate NitroPack as a zero if I could They are quick at taking their subscription fee but very protective of their wallet when having to offer a refund Be very aware before subscribing There are better more customer friendly options available out there We subscribed to NitroPack and found that the program messed up the website appearance and affected shop-ability of our website It resulted in a many days of missed sales and poor customer experience We had to uninstall and turn it off The total experience cost us the subscription fee lost sales lost customers and the cost of our web developers time And what was NitroPack s response you may ask - our policy does not allow refunds after 14 days of subscription Our experience they are thieves and hide behind an unreasonable policy Stay away Better options out there UPDATE - 10 Jan 2023Have only just returned to work from festive season A new Nitro Pack person reached out to us after we wrote about our experience with customer service The new person apologized about the experience explaining that they are still a start up company and they are still learning It was unfortunate that it took a negative review from us for Nitro Pack to consider the situation objectively and to take positive action however we were satisfied that they finally offered a full refund and resolve the situation

I don t recommend using nitropack because it s creating conflicts especially with Magento we tried contacting the support trying to fix the issues but the issue remains there i think it s good on WordPress but not on Magento
