Really great support till now they are giving best support and have a solution for all kinds of inquiries

I m kind of shocked at the bad reviews Nitropack does have some bugs but clearing the cache resets everything Is it annoying at times Yes However nothing in the market beats Nitropack when it comes to getting your site optimized on WordPress If you re running a large site for enterprise like we do it s worth the price Also if you have multiple sites they have a shared plan that reduces the price per site significantly kind of weird they don t really display that on their site we had to google it The only customer support was in setting up the shared plan it needs to be set up manually by them and we had no issues The response was quick the next day Also for people who say Nitropack is tricking the code and not really optimizing have no idea what they re talking about You can youtube independent reviews and they all come back with glowing reviews I did my own research and saw over 20 videos before deciding on Nitropack Might not be for everyone but definitely worth it for people who have more important things to do than constantly tinkering with a WordPress site

I really like Nitropack it is overall a great service that offers good performance and speed optimisation Very convenient and offers amazing boost if your website already has good fundamentals Speed boost is significant from both speed test tools and real front end use Only big downside is the support which for the price you pay is a pain imo Most of the time you wait 2-3 days between each support ticket it is just not viable I have many client sites and personal projects that I did not plug to a paid plan even a free one as I know the support is not reactive enough and this can be a major pain when you have issues Get a better support system for paid plans and you will get more sales in trust me Update March 2021 Support is now a bit faster which is enjoyable Keep up the good work guys
