As a B and B business we neeeded a replacement bed quickly Having W mailed the company late at night we received a call early in the morning They helped us order and we had free delivery on the bed before 12 noon the following day Incredible Thank you so very much

We ordered the Aurora European double

We ordered the Aurora European double bed frame on a Thursday evening it was confirmed on the Friday and followed up by a phone call checking it was definitely the European size we required as this is slightly larger than the British sizing The bed was delivered on Tuesday very quick service Unfortunately one of the parts was split we phoned Damien who promised a replacement the next day it arrived early morning the very next day We are very impressed with the customer service experience and efficiency of Nodax UK Limited and would recommend them

An exceptional and professional company I recently purchased a bed frame in oak finish from Nodax Uk Ltd and received a first class service The bed was delivered a day after placing an order yes day after placing my order Damian was incredibly helpful and he assembled the bed for me in a professional and quick way I wanted to pay but it was given to me gratis I am giving it five stars for the quality of the product curtesy of the customer service and the speed of delivery Thank you to Magda Norbert and Damian great job a rare thing nowadays

Great customer service and excellent quality product

I was going to order from their Amazon but saw the bed I wanted was 75 cheaper on Amazon so ordered on their website I d accidentally set the delivery date to a week later than I needed the bed went on the web chat and the lady I spoke to change the date and shipped the bed straight away It arrived the next day Super sturdy but easy to put together

Fantastic service and bed at a fair price

Really impressed with the service from Nodax I m really impressed with Nodax I initially ordered a frame via eBay but noticed that the frame was cheaper on the website Using the chat tool on the website Magda cancelled the eBay order quickly so I could order from the website instead I ordered the Nordic Sky bed at 10am and received it at 9 30am the following morning I couldn t be more happy with it I was able to put it up myself and it is absolutely rock solid no creaks or give at all and looks fantastic Based on my experience I can say buy with confidence I will definitely be using this company again when looking for a new frame

Superb customer service good advice good quality product sturdy and good looking easy to assemble and the perfect match for my oak-stained pine floor swift delivery prompt and helpful answering questions Sent additional slats free of charge and without quibble because my pocket sprung mattress needed a narrower gap between slats Underbed drawer perfect match for the bed Best customer service ever

Two years ago I bought a bed frame from Nodax which we were delighted with I recently bought a second bed frame but unfortunately they sent the wrong design I phoned the next morning to explain the problem and they couldn t have been more helpful The next day the courier delivered the correct bed and took back the other one Fabulous helpful friendly service would absolutely recommend them Thank you Damian

Easy assembly sturdy and beautiful bed Amazing customer service

Bought a double bed through their website The package arrived quickly in three separate boxes so it was very easy to move them to the desired room The assembly was easy thanks to their instruction video I a female who does not exercise much was able to assemble it by myself in less than two hours including a tea break An electric screwdriver was handy The bed is sturdy yet not too heavy and looking beautiful I contacted them to ask for an advice to which they responded within an hour Damian was not only efficient and helpful but also super friendly Even a small matter they took it very seriously and acted quickly It was a great pleasure dealing with Nodax

The best I ve ever had

Superb team that are so helpful and polite an absolute pleasure to do business with I made a mistake with my delivery address and they fixed the issue straight away with no delay to delivery which was quite amazing The product itself is fantastic quality lovely finish to all the wood super smooth with not a splinter in sight Super sturdy well designed bed it was a dream to assemble and after testing not a squeak to be heard Also all the fixings components were excellent quality All in all couldn t be happier and will definitely be a returning customer Thanks Nodax keep up the good work
