I had a great experience with this car company Got a brand new car a people are friendly and helpful On the pickup all done quiclky and clearly explained I was a little scared about damages seeing this reviews but before i take the car i always take photos and check everytime twice so that was covered Would return again

Best service one could chose we always use the big international brands because we are scared of local brands In this case after reading a lot of review we decided to go with NOVA RNT A CAR CROATIA because they offer all the services we needed as with other companies we weren t able to cross some of the borders for example Italy Hungary I was never given such an amazing customer service I arrived early they had the car ready non the less The guy doing the check in responded all my wife questions she is intense they only charged 2 extra per day for an extra driver most of the agency asked more as every time you rent a car they offer different types of upgrades but did not push ANY of them at all basic insurance was included and one could upgrade for little difference I have only great words don t hesitate Amazing customer service

Great company great staff from Natilija to lovely chap in Dubrovnik Airport Have booked the last few times i travelled to Croatia and not alone i received a discount but got a very nice upgrade re car Our flight to Dubrovnik was diverted to Split and there was a car there waiting just in case however winds died down and landed back in Dubrovnik 3 hours later can not think of that chaps name but on dropping back the car he was in hospital experincing the birth of his new child i wish him best of luck and thank you to kind friend from a different company across the way who kindly contacted him and tell me where to put keys in to office Again it is a great feeling to rent a car knowing you have peace of mind i will always use Nova and will be passing on their details to friends and folk travelling to Croatia Thank you again Kind regardsM J O Rourke

Fantastic - we have never had a company contact us before arriving and getting details to speed up our pick up - or even greet us which is what they did a sign with our name on Often we are wondering around for ages trying to find our rental and even wondering if anyone would show Our flight to Pula Airport was late and was a late evening flight anyway - 10pm and i updated the company and they replied straight away by whats app very useful that it was ok Extremely polite and car was ready at airport car park and we were even shown the way to our destination We had a problem which turned out to be incorrect information from my credit card company but it was clarified almost immediately Fantastic - drop off was smooth too

Great Experience with Nova Car Rentals

We have rented a car from Nova every year for many years including this year and have always had consistently excellent service Considering we live in Los Angeles they have always made it easy for us to secure a good quality car rental and have always honored whatever they quoted us in our emails They also made it very easy for us to pick up a car in Croatia but whenever necessary drop it off in another nearby European country Their service has been very efficient and very friendly
