Excellent customer service

I worked with Robbie at Novated Lease Aust When I started looking at novated leases customer service being what it sometimes is I thought I bet I m going to need to look at 5 companies to get 1 that works and has the right attitude So that s what I did One company didn t bother phoning through on the initial phone appointment Two didn t bother following up on emails That left two - and Robbie was the only one of those two who consistently followed up and took the deal over the line Kudos to him and to his organisation

Very professional service from Jed

Had the opportunity to deal with Jed for buying a Tesla and was our first time doing a novated lease He was very helpful in all areas rather more informative making the process very smooth and easier decision making Certainly will want to deal with him if I want a second Tesla

I had a great experience with NLA The lease was approved and settled quickly with no hold-ups so I was able to get the car immediately Matt was helpful and responsive and made the process really easy

Probably NLA s worst customer ever

I am proudly self-titled the worst customer Victoria has ever had to put up with as I umm d and aah d about which car I d finally order I finally ordered it only to promptly cancel the order and pick something else The team at NLA do such an amazing job standing alongside you as you make one of the biggest decisions of your life that I decided to get two cars I don t know how Victoria and her team tolerated it all but honestly what an incredible team Professional diligent and most importantly human They really do empathise with the gravity of the decisions and feel as though they re 100 in the trenches with you

I have been working on getting a lease

I have been working on getting a lease for the last year but it has been a process to get here due to personal circumstances However Jana Mason has been helping me the whole way I must have sent her more than a dozen requests for quotes and she has responded each time with never a complaint and the hugest amount of patience with me She has been absolutely amazing especially when having to deal with sourcing paperwork from the dealer and following everything through to the finish I can not recommend her to you enough

Great experience and friend efficient advise

Having never had a novated lease previously Mitch Taylor from NLA made the process very easy and was incredibly helpful I had to wait for over two months for delivery advice from Tesla but within 24 hours of receiving a delivery date all the paper work was completed and payment made First class service I will certainly recommend the friendly and helpful service Thanks Mitch
